The living area is spacious and updated, and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to create everyday meals. You may even decide to cook out in the shared grilling area.

Central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool, though you could also head out to your private balcony and enjoy the fresh breeze. The location is good, right across the street from beach. There are charges additional that are not disclosed until booking is complete.-( you have to pay to park in the gated community parking lot)There was no broom or other devises to clean the floors, the stove was dirty and the dish washer did not work. All the units had porches with awnings, this one had no awning.The management company responds quickly to emails, however they were not very helpful. They sent a message with the gates: access codes and said read the instructions. The codes were different in 3 different emails. We finally were able to get in by speaking with one of the other guest.Over all, if some details were fixed - it's a good price and good location.
