Style meets the sea breeze at this chic, first-floor condo in the oceanfront Dunes of Seagrove complex. Beach access is just 200 feet away via a boardwalk, and community amenities include a resort-style pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, and gym.



At home, start the day with coffee on your shady, L-shaped balcony, with a view of the pool and emerald Gulf waters just beyond. Decor inside the light-filled space will leave you feeling like you’ve stepped into the pages of Coastal Living, with subtle nautical touches, soothing neutrals, and stylishly weathered wood accents. The well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, makes meal prep easy, and everyone can dine together at the window-front table, or dine alfresco on the balcony.



After a day of adventures, or just naps on the beach, relax in the central air-conditioning while you watch a little TV or check your email with the free WiFi. Step out to one of many nearby restaurants, and end the night with a soothing bath in the primary bedroom’s gorgeous soaking tub. Drift off, dreaming of another perfect beach day tomorrow.

Amazing Beachfront Property on 30A

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The condo's location was amazing (with private beachfront and pool access). It was also and easy walk/bicycle ride to Old Floria Fish House and Beach Bean Coffee, which we loved. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean-- with plenty of room for 4-5 guests to stay comfortably. The extra perks included in this stay are what made it top notch. We used the workout room, free bicycle rentals, and free beach set up rental throughout our stay! We will definitely keep this place in mind for whenever we return to 30A-- it was fantastic!
