Please note that the condo is indeed at Santa Rosa Beach.Please note also that we are available to assist guests via text, email, phone call or chat during our business hours of 8:30am -5:00pm. Our team is also excellent at returning calls. Should a call be missed or disconnected; we try returning the call or reaching out with a follow up message from our text line. We also have our after hours answering service that assist guests from 5pm until we re-open the following day. Our system does not show any attempts to make reports of issues prior to departure. We would have loved for the opportunity to be informed of what you found unsatisfactory as this would allow us to make the necessary checks, changes and repairs where applicable. However due to the fact that you chose to leave without allowing us a chance to address your concerns; a refund would not be issued in this case. We did however reach out to the relevant teams with the issues highlighted as such they should not be present for future stays. We want to thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
