The Space:

Decorated in elegant beach neutrals, this lovely oceanfront condo is ready to welcome you to the beach. There's plenty to enjoy at this elegant space near the ocean - enjoy the view from the private furnished balcony, or take it in from indoors while you relax in the central air conditioning. Cook up meals together in the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need (including a dishwasher and stone counters!). Feel free to pack light, thanks to the private washer/dryer. This condo features a DVD player and a library of DVDs for you to enjoy during your stay. When you're not relaxing in your own private space, guests can enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, and charcoal grill.



THINGS TO KNOW

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Great view!

The condo was clean, the perfect size for our family, and had an excellent view of the gulf. The entire resort was very clean and well maintained. Loved the pool and tiki bar.

Perfect location!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. One of the cleaner condos I’ve stayed at in Panama City Beach. Lounge chairs and umbrella were provided so no lugging around heavy chairs which was a major plus for us. Definitely will stay again!

The view is beautiful!

I can’t speak enough about the view from this condo. I loved how you could see out for miles into the gulf whether you were in the living room or bedroom. The unit was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Nice cozy condo! Great balcony view, in a great location right on the beach! Close to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely recommend for a small family! Elevator traffic was very busy be prepared to wait

Stayed here 2 times.. Elevators were excellent this time.. This trip was beautiful but in October it was cold..It was just beautiful..The staff is awesome and so nice!!!!

Wonderful week away!

My wife and I had a great time in Panama City Beach. The condo was great, views were amazing. We could see stingrays, dolphins, a small shark and a sea turtle all from the balcony during our week stay. We left our beach chairs at home since the listing said the unit had some. Disappointed to not find any in the unit, although it is the off season so that may have been why we couldn’t find any. Overall a great place to stay. Would pick this unit again!

Fall Vacay

This was our first time staying at Tidewater and it was perfect! Everything was exactly as listed! Had everything we needed including toilet paper and garbage bags! The elevators are slow, but even that wasn’t a huge deal for us. The ice machines were out of order the whole week but that wasn’t a deal breaker either. Having access to the beach chairs and umbrella was a major selling point! We are already looking at booking this property again next year! Can’t wait to go back!

I did not like the checkin process. I didn’t get an email for early registration I was charged extra to Sit in front of the front desk and do it myself on my phone.

Well worth it!

2112 is a fantastic property and renting it was pretty straightforward. My only complaints were that the batteries in the TV remote were dead and the floors were sticky upon arrival. I was also told that the unit had basically nothing as far as blankets and toiletries go and it had plenty of everything for the two of us over the weekend so I ended up bringing a lot of unnecessary stuff. Other than that, I most definitely enjoyed my stay and would absolutely rent again.

Clean and a great location but several things didn't work.

The property was very clean and a nice place to stay however the dryer didn't work. After washing a load of clothes the dryer wouldn't dry them. The hair dryer that was provided, also didn't work.

Our December stay at Tidewater

We chose this property because it had 2 sliding doors for balcony access from the main area and bedroom - love hearing the sounds of the ocean waves all day and night. Room was just as described. We were on the 21st floor and reviews had said to prepare for slow elevator access. There were 7 elevators, and only one was out of commission on the first 2 days. It was fixed while were there, so we had no issues whatsoever. I'm sure it's much busier during Spring/Summer, but the property was managed well and there was plenty of attention to any needs the occupants needed. People were all very friendly and helpful. VRBO and Vacasa experience was top notch.

Panama City Beach - Beautiful Beach on the Emerald Coast

This condo is in Tidewater Beach Resort Condos, just a half mile from Pier Park Mall. It is just a 45 minute drive to Destin, FL. The unit has a one bedroom that is Gulf facing and a bunk room, that has a full on bottom and twin on top. Also had full closet in bunk area. Two full bathrooms. The second bath had a tub and a stacked washer and dryer. All areas were tiled except bedroom was carpeted. Had a nice balcony area with access from bedroom or living room area. Has a full kitchen a little tight, but other than breakfast or a lunch, we enjoyed the many seafood restaurants in the area. If you are looking for a condo with great views of the Gulf and plenty of amenities. This condo is a great choice!

Great place!!

Overall the accommodations are as stated in listing. Check in was easy. Plenty of towels and rags. No dish rag was available. Need a pairing knife for kitchen. Only big knives and steak knives were available No trash bags were left for us. Called Vicasa to ask for one to get us thru the first night, they said ok. We never got one. I did get one from a security guard. Other than a few details this place is great.

But the view...

Great view and loved having sliding door in bedroom to be able to hear and see ocean all night. Unit needs updates. Leather couch needs to be replaced, bedding should be improved (mattress topper very soft, fitted sheet too small, no blanket, top covers are 4 layers all making the sleep uncomfortable), small details could improve a stay (have a lamp on both nightstands so two people can read in bed, provide beach towels instead of having to use bath towels on the beach, install a full length mirror, soap dishes etc.). The view is what makes this unit stand out and because of that I recommend, but if little touches were added this would be a A+ stay.

Spring 2022

The communication with Vasaca was pathetic! We had no tv service for local channels and no guide. I was on hold for 30 minutes or more when calling and finally thru several texts only...they still did not correct the issue, while saying that they would. I have booked thru VRBO many times and it has been wonderful. There is a big disconnect thru the management company. Worst part was a tornado warning was issued and we had zero tv for the updates for the storms. I would really like the owners to know of the poor customer service we recieved. Also the condo was not user friendly for all ages of people. The streaming of the tv, we were told by a note on the wall to use ours, we don't stream at home let alone on vacation. Keurig coffee maker, again state that is what the condo offers~the bed was extremely high to get in and the sheets were so piled at the bottom we laid a blanket over them. We were so disappointed, I realize when renting not everything is perfect and have overlooked issues before just thankful to be away from home. This though was not acceptable. The weather kept us in more than usual this time so the non working tv was a huge issue. I have all the correspondence and the tornado alert if any questions to the issues at hand. I never was able to speak to a person and the front desk was also less than helpful. Run around from floor to floor and always passing the buck.
