We’re truly sorry your stay fell short of expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance issues you described are not the experience we want our guests to have. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these issues can be addressed. Thank you for your honest feedback.

We’re truly sorry for everything you experienced during your stay. Arriving to a mildew odor, dealing with repeated emergency alarms and evacuations without clear answers, and finding the condo was not as clean or well maintained as expected would be incredibly frustrating. We’re especially sorry to hear about your truck being stolen from the parking lot. We can only imagine how upsetting and stressful that must have been. We’re grateful that our team was able to remain responsive and keep communication open while you were dealing with these difficult circumstances. We’ll also make sure your concerns about the odor, cleanliness, paint and overall condition of the condo are shared with the appropriate teams for review. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely regret that your stay was affected by so many issues and appreciate your patience and understanding throughout.

We’re glad Michelle’s quick communication and the clean, ready condo helped make your stay a great experience.
