If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.

Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.

The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Good place to stay

I think this the best place for us to stay with the older generation that we are everyone we meet was close to our age and all very nice. Our room was just what we needed it was clean with a great view of the ocean on the third floor and the heated indoor pool was just what my wife loved

First of all let me say we LOVE The Plantation Palms! This was our 4th stay there and will be back, just not in this unit. The cleaning crew did not do a very good job. There was still a popsicle stick on the balcony someone left, just an example. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broke, you can’t tell me they didn’t see that and report it. There looks like quite a bit of water damage and the unit smelled muggy when we got there. Also it just looks neglected and needs some updating.
