Awesome private house right on the beach. House is huge with good layout and plenty of space, fresh modern design and comfy beds. Property manager was responsive if we had any issues. Good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Loved everything about the house and location. It’s awesome to have the beach in your back yard. The house was bigger than I viewed in pics. You are very close to places to eat, groceries, etc. Having an ice machine in the laundry room was a huge bonus!!!!

We had 17 people and the house was perfect size. Location is great. Short walk to beach and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is good, clean but we had hard time with the internet, it was keep disconnecting all the time.there was no hand soap in the guest bathroom, no extra trash bags in the kitchen.and I left my medical pillow there and contacted the host Vacasa and simply they said we don't have it. even I told them exactly where to find it but apparently they don't care ( for sure someone took it). even VRBO didn't help.

Great House for Lots of Family

This is a big house. We had 17 people (5 families) in this house and the accommodations were fantastic. WiFi was good. Also, the kitchen table only seats 8 so we had to bring an extra table and chairs.

Fun stay

Group of baseball team members- perfect set up. There was a broken outdoor chair on arrival and some of the blinds are messed up- but overall we really loved the home and would highly recommend.

Very Nice Beach House

We enjoyed Beachfront Bliss very much. Perfect for a large Family. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Would be nice to have a new grill. We bought a new grate for the old one that was there. The kitchen needs more forks, there were only eight. Overall, we loved it. We already have it booked for next year!

We were disappointed in the fact that there was zero hot water at all for the first three nights and four days of our trip. So no shower or baths unless you are into ice cold water. Try washing greasy dishes with cold water. The oven was in disrepair as well and was never fixed. The pool was dirty for the first five days. Other than that…….

Well let’s just say this was the worst house that our family has ever stayed in,since the 20 years we vacation here. When we arrived some of the linen was soiled with blood and dirt marks. Informed Vacasa and they asked for pictures and a few hours later someone bought a trash bag full of linen. 2. Cleaners did not do a good job cleaning the common area rug, The entire rug had sand underneath and a soda bottle was under the tv stand. 3. On Christmas Eve,the gas stove and oven was leaking and the utility person cut the gas off and informed us that this was the 2nd time they were called about this incident, he even showed us where it was attempted to be poorly repaired. This is where it all went south. Attempts by Vacasa were made to correct the issue but they failed to get a replacement stove for the rest of our stay. We were provided a gas grill, 2burner hot plate, and a very small toaster oven that was not adequate for 11 adults. They offered to move us to a house that had bad reviews for cleaning and pest control problems, and the other property was not oceanfront like what we paid for. We were prepared to utilize the promised amenities in the listing of this house for cooking food for our holiday meal. The agent who was from the local Vacasa was not very considerate about moving and feeding 11people 4. After all that had taken place we also start noticing a pest control problem with roaches. These are just a few important issues needed to be addressed I can list more.

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The view was amazing. I wish it was set up a little more like a home with some of the beach equipment like games, umbrella, chairs, etc. The kitchen had no seasonings or condiments. It would be nice if you're paying that much to have some of that stuff provided. We also found 2 very large roaches in the kitchen while we were there. The house was otherwise very clean.

The house was partially cleaned. Dead roaches on stairs, trash underneath in car port, used cooking oil in carport, bugs lining stair leading up main stairs. Trash around house was picked up by retired soldiers. Main bathroom shower 3rd floor drain clogged. Ping pong balls left laying around from previous beer pong…end table sticky. Live roach with clean pans. We enjoyed being together in one home…we thought the house was overall a good choice for us all to be together.

Fantastic view and as close to beach as you can get!

Overall very good stay. Communication with property manager was superb. Cleanliness could have been better. Furniture and rugs are terrible condition. Houses 20 something people but had one wine glass, a handful of drinking and coffee cups. Kitchen needs an overall restock of all gagets and supplies. Bedroom comforter had a dirty footprint on it upon arrival. Food left in cabinets from previous tenant. Roach found in bathroom. Definitely needed a onceover on cleaning. Would recommend updated, cleaner furniture downstairs and new cleaning service.

Very Nice Home

Not gonna lie, we were a little concerned about how clean the home would be based on a few reviews. For us, the house was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. We saw 2 large roaches, but it is the south. You will want to bring extra trash bags for the kitchen. A security feature for the back door did not work, it’s actually a city code violation, it is meant to alarm if the door opens since the splash pool is merely a few feet from that door. And the entry door key pad did not work, we had to leave the back door unlocked if we went out so that we could get back in. None of these issues were deal breakers, we would absolutely stay here again, the house is gorgeous.

Nice home for family group

This is a lovely home. , Clean, spacious and nicely decorated as the photos showed on listing. . Plenty of room for our group of 11 people. Beautiful views of the gulf and easy access to the beach. The small pool (4’ deep) was great for the kids to splash around in . A 5 star home except for the maintenance issues we had The internet and WiFi did not work for our entire stay Nor did the Directv . So we were without internet access and televisions. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the local property management or any attempt on their part to keep us informed of repair updates. With Vacasa Rentals you go through their national customer service staff and they in turn contact the local manager for you. I believe I would have gotten a better resolution to the issues we had if speaking to someone local

Luxury Gulf Front Home

The house is beautiful from the outside. The minute we pulled up, we found trash everywhere. Beer cans, cigarettes, a huge box with trash, beer/wine boxes and about 15 pizza boxes left from the previous renters (still there when we left) We were extremely disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance issues. Also, no heat in the pool and no option to pay for it to be heated, we did not even use it. German cockroaches in the upstairs bedrooms as well. I would highly suggest you shut the house down for a week and get a maintenance crew and deep cleaning crew in there to fix all of the issues. We are greatly disappointed that we paid that much money for a house that was so dirty. We will not rent from here ever again or even suggest it to anyone. Here are the major issues we came across- *Hair left on walls from previous renters in 3 showers *Broken toilet seat *Broken toilet/Clogged *German cockroaches *Rugs so stained, they need to be thrown out. We even found a piece of cheese under the living room couch *Dirty windows and mold on the inside frames *Lock on gate leading to beach was broken * No cable on any television * 6 drinking glasses, 4 wine glasses and 6 coffee mugs (For 22 people?!?!) * Kitchen lights have not been cleaned in months, if not years * Kitchen stools broken * 1 refrigerator for 22 people?! * 1 table out with 6 chairs again, for 22 people?!

Poor maintenance and dust in many areas

Upon arrival ac filters where stopped up with dust. AC could not breathe thus during the day unit could not keep up. Call Property manger and reported that day , took them 2 days to come change filters. House advertised as furnished for 20 + people but only had 10 forks to eat with. Had to go purchase disposal forks. Call it in and showed up 2 days later to furnish needed forks. Dust on kitchen hanging light globs that someone had written profanity on, so I know they where not cleaned before we arrived. Dust underneath beds haven’t been distributed in quite a while. Only 2 dish towels where furnished to dry dishes , even after using dishwasher all dishes required to be dried. Also dishwasher rack was missing pieces that keep rack from falling out. No lights worked on vent fan over stove and vent fan made a load winding noise also no filters on vent hood. Lights on main enclosed stairway where out, making it tricky to use stairs at night. Price required to rent this house you would think they could do visual maintenance checks and repair as needed. The location is great, the house is set up to handle + 20 people and other than some maintenance neglect it is a great house. The property manager did bring additional forks dish towels and jury rig dishwasher and change stair lights 2 days after reporting the issues.
