Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all towels, hand towels, and washcloths in the washing machine.

Place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave.

Take all trash out to the trash bin on the back patio. If you are here on Tuesday, please take the trash bin to the end of the driveway for pick up on Wednesday.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please honor quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am.

Please park in the driveway only. HOA rules state no parking in the road.

This property was perfect for a weekend stay for us while we had a wedding to attend at Howe farms. It was about a 30 minute drive away. Check in was so smooth and communication with the host was great. I was amazed at how clean everything was, seriously pristine. It was in a cute little neighborhood with a nice little patio to hang out on and drink your coffee in the morning(provided by the hosts with the coffee bar). Thanks so much for hosting us!

We are a family of 5 with 3 amazing boys that grew up in Cleveland, TN. Our boys are now young adults, but we still love traveling, playing sports, hiking, or playing board games at home together. Our favorite things to do are anything together! We have always been the host for football Saturdays and love every minute of it, so this is our way of extending that hosting/serving experience. We love serving others and hope that you feel that comfort and love while staying at Urban Oasis 456.
