Enter on the foyer level with a full-size washer and dryer and closet for convenience. One floor down, the main living area opens to ocean views, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. The oceanfront balcony is ideal for sunrise coffee or evening breezes.

Descend another floor to a queen bedroom with a TV, dresser, closet, and a private west-facing balcony overlooking the treetops, perfect for catching the sunset. A bright guest room with two twin beds, TV, and dresser is also on this floor with a shared hall full bathroom.

The lowest floor offers an oceanview king suite with TV, dresser and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. With free WiFi, elevator access, and an assigned covered parking spot, this villa combines comfort, convenience, and incredible coastal scenery.

Relax on the beach or by the ample Beach Walker outdoor pool, featuring a large deck and two oceanfront gazebos that boast amazing views. Guests also have access to bathrooms and the community grilling area. While this unit is not pet friendly, the owner does have a dog; please consider should you have allergies
