SUMMER RENTAL Weekly, MONTHLY OR FOR THE ENTIRE SUMMER. Sun Retreats offers lots of amenities for summertime FUN, you don't ever have to leave the grounds. There is so much to do, including walking trails, swimming pool, on site restaurant & bar, playground and country store. There are two beaches nearby. This manufactured home is on a corner lot, enjoy the sunny front porch and side deck for outdoor dining and sun worshipping. The new 20 x 15 sunroom provides an extra sleeping area with a comfy soft leather queen sized sofa bed. As you enter through the sunroom into the living and kitchen area there is lots of natural light. The main bedroom is private with another queen size bed. The loft area has two twin beds the kids will love. This home will sleep 6 guests comfortably. Firepit for s'mores enjoyment and a picnic table in the yard complete this vacation site. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS PLEASE.
