The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Code for the front door will be given the day before check-in as well as a text with a link to a QR code for access through the security gate.
Please keep track of the keys for the door and pool, and leave them on the hook by the front door upon checkout.
Lock the door upon leaving by pressing the check button on the exterior keypad. If you prefer a physical key, the doorbell button will rotate clockwise to allow access to the key hole.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping in the condo, lanai, pool area, or common stairwells and walkways.
Quiet hours per the association rules are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We love this community because it is safe and secure with gated entrances/exits and the beautiful landscaping and views. It is also close to everything; 6 miles from Fort Myers Beach, 10 miles from downtown Fort Myers, and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views of the lake and golf course from the covered lanai. Access to the Rivers Edge community pool and the private beach, Eagle Perch Island, that is within Gulf Harbour and walkable from the condo.
