Experience Palm Springs in the casually elegant setting of Plaza Villas, where you'll vacation in comfort with the renowned restaurants, shops, and entertainment of Palm Canyon Drive just a few blocks away. This condo is wonderfully inviting, offering high ceilings, two patios that overlook the mountains of Palm Springs, and essentially two master suites - each with a queen-size bed and one with a private balcony. On the manicured grounds of Plaza Villas, you'll also enjoy community access to two spacious swimming pools, spas, and a tennis court.

WHAT'S NEARBY
Plaza Villas is a highly desirable condo community in the center of Palm Springs, where it sits less than four blocks east of Palm Canyon Drive and its famous restaurants, boutiques, antique stores, casinos, and nightlife. Both the Palm Springs Convention Center and the Agua Caliente Casino are right across the road in either direction, and countless world-class golf courses are mere minutes away by car. You'll also find wonderful hiking trails in Tahquitz Canyon (two miles south) and incredible views from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west).

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Great place to stay

Loved the condo. Very comfortable & had everything we needed. Within walking distance of restaurant's & shops. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

Pleasant stay but don't like property management

Nice place but feels very outdated, on the plus side the bed was very comfy. I am not a fan of vacasa property management requesting me to pay a fee outside of the VRBO website. That felt sketchy and for that reason I'd never rent this unit again or any unit that uses vacasa. I use VRBO for a reason which is, so all communication and payments stay in one place for my own financial safety.

Frustrated

The condo had not been used for some time and was empty but I was not allowed to check in until 4:pm. Then I had no running water in the kitchen for the first 3 days. The toaster never worked the whole trip. I was told by a property manager it would be replaced asap. Never was. The balconies were filthy as was the BBQ.

A very nice second floor condo very close to the downtown area

The condo was very nicely furnished, and has some nice views of the mountains, in addition to two small balconies and a washer/dryer, which was very nice to have. The only negatives were the access instructions that I was emailed (which didn't include the numeric access code for the door, gave an old username and password for the WiFi network, and whose lockbox combination I couldn’t get to work), the lack of instructions for operating the TV system (I couldn't get the TV to turn on using the remote, until I finally figured out that the cable TV box needed to be manually turned on first), the lack of streaming capabilities (as far as I could tell), e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime video, etc. (I got around that by plugging my laptop computer into the back of the TV, and finding the "external source" button on the remote - having a Roku box would make that unnecessary), the sink stopper lever didn't lower the sink stopper in the master bathroom (pushing the sink stopper down DID work, however), the master bathroom tub stopper was somewhat hard to operate (and the hard-to-read "instructions" for how to operate it were printed on the very old stopper itself), and it would have been nice if the hot water had been a little bit hotter. But, in spite of those things, it was still a very nice condo in a great location which I definitely recommend (and strongly recommend if those very minor problems can be fixed).

Great location and property however our unit is dated, stained carpets, TV remotes didn't work etc. Refrigerator and/or freezer had bad fish smell.

Great location!! Enjoyed both pools. Wonderful rental group (Vacasa), they were all great from the booking agents, to the help agents when we were there, to maintenance & cleaning staff. Thanks for making our trip very easy. The condo was perfect for us. We’re not picky about decor or need top end. It was dated but clean, and had absolutely everything we needed for our weeks stay. Kitchen was fully stocked & even had spices & oil’s (which is a nice touch as we like to cook for the most part at home). Would definitely stay there again & we hope to sooner than later!!

Quiet, Comfortable Place In Downtown Palm Springs

The place was comfortable with plenty of amenities. The views from the bedrooms were great. The location relative to downtown and the conference center were amazing - the best. The Airbnb reservation manager was very helpful by phone and e-mail.
