About this property

Cozy 3BR/2BA Home Perfect Base for Denver & Boulder Adventures

this property is part of a larger house that has been fully divided into two separate living spaces. We only share one wall — beyond that, there are no shared indoor areas. You'll have your own private entrance, and I use the garage as my way in and out, so we won't cross paths. My German Shepherd and I stay on the other side, and your side — shown in all the listing photos — is entirely yours. You'll have complete privacy and a peaceful, undisturbed stay.

You get a fully private section of our house – 3BR/2BA, kitchen, living room, front yard.

Location: Boulder 10–15 min | Denver 15–20 min | DIA ~40 min

The house was the perfect getaway for our family while our daughter was playing softball in Denver area. It was clean and Angie was a great host in communicating with us. The house was Set up nicely and provided everything we needed for our week long stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking in the Denver area.

The host communicated well and promptly. I was surprised that there were barking dogs in the basement at times. The oven was dirty. The property was not in Broomfield as listed, was in Winchester.The yard was nice for our granddaughter to play in.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. First, this property is not rented out as an entire home. As clearly stated in the listing description, I live with my German Shepherd in a separate unit behind the garage. The basement is used for storage — neither my dog nor I live down there. Regarding my dog: he rarely barks. He only makes noise occasionally when he spots a rabbit outside, or when the garage door opens and he thinks I'm coming home. He does not bark in response to sounds coming from your living space, so he shouldn't disturb your stay. As for the oven: it is an older model that has been well used over the years. The marks you saw are not stains or dirt — they are simply signs of wear on an older appliance. The oven is clean and fully functional. I hope this clarifies things. I wish you all the best.

Really loved this place. The host was so kind and helpful throughout. The bed was super comfy, honestly gave us the best sleep in ages. House was clean and exactly as described. We felt completely at home and would happily book again on our next trip.
