Welcome to 249 Sandcastles, your 6th‑floor oceanfront retreat on the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation. This gated community offers miles of quiet beaches, biking trails, golf, and relaxing spa services—all surrounded by coastal beauty.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or solo escape, this one‑bedroom, one‑bath condo features a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while a modern bathroom and updated finishes make it feel fresh and inviting.

Enjoy the oceanfront pool and direct beach access, or take a short stroll next door to the Omni Amelia Island Resort for dining, shopping, and spa indulgence. High‑speed Wi‑Fi, two flat‑screen TVs, and community laundry on the 2nd and 6th floors add comfort and convenience.

Guests receive a custom digital guidebook with local favorites plus an exclusive 15% discount on beach gear rentals.

The view was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. I did not realize that you cannot sign up for golf tee times without reserving through the Omni hotel. They don’t accept VRBOs even on property.

This is our second time staying here. The condo is decorated very nice. The view of the beach is great. They have beach chairs and towels and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
