We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panorama. The views were spectacular and the house was spacious and had everything we needed to relax and spend some much needed family time. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

The location of the house is fantastic with easy beach access. Especially helpful with children. The kitchen pots and pans were not cleaned before our arrival and were caked with built up grease and crusted old food. There were no kitchen towels to wash dishes with, the knives were too dull to cut any vegetables, the food processor was cracked, no pitchers available, etc. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase new skillet and pot to cook, and kitchen essentials, but didn’t realize the cooktop only works with specific pots/pans. When contacting Property Management, they delivered new kitchen supplies the next day. (Appreciated) The main door to the balcony was under repair so not usable, the leather sofa has numerous tears in the cushion and the recliner has years of dirt caked onto the fabric. The overall cleanliness is lacking. Property management was responsive and offered to send a cleaning crew but our family had items in each room.

This is for sure the most spectacular house in Galveston.Far enough out of town for some privacy, but close enough to enjoy everything with ease.The beach is great too; right out the front door, and away from all the crowds.PLENTY of room for the 12 adults who made our trip.We loved it!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beach house. This house is right on the beach. Ages ranged from 2 to 80 years. We would love to stay there again soon.
