Great location - nice house

  • 5 of 5

The House is well located, easy parking and walking to Magazine/yoga/ restaurants and near Tulane. We had no Hot Water for 24 hours but Patrick was very responsive and had it fixed on a Sunday morning .living room was a little dark but we were hardly there anyhow.

Beautiful house!

  • 5 of 5

This house is great! Nice location and easy to walk to a few great restaurants and Whole Foods is an easy walk, too (even with our young kids). We loved District Donuts for coffee and a light breakfast - which is easy to walk to from this house and has really good coffee and great donuts & biscuits. We felt safe in this location to walk around. Adults without young children could easily walk to St. Charles St and catch the trolley, but my younger kids aren't really good at walking in the city (and I don't feel it is stroller friendly, but that may be just me). This location seems less "tourist-y" and more like locals which was a plus for us. While it is a small house, it easily accommodated our family which includes me, my husband, my 3 year old, 6 year old, and 9 year old. We would stay here again!

Wonderful oasis in a great neighborhood!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I thought we'd try something different than staying in a hotel this trip to New Orleans, and this wonderful house was just perfect. Not only is it full of charm and thoughtful details (and a very comfortable bed, I might add), but it is walking distance to so many amenities, shops and restaurants - we tried a different coffee shop each morning we were there. Another big perk for us was how friendly and quiet the neighborhood is - all the other homes on the street are charming as well, and it's a lovely, quiet, and safe place to be. We would definitely stay again. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and had great restaurant recommendations! Loved it!
