Welcome to your relaxing home in the beautiful resort-style community of Paseo. This fully furnished lakefront townhome offers peaceful fountain views, resort amenities, and exceptional comfort for extended stays. Enjoy morning coffee on the covered lanai overlooking the lake, spend the day enjoying the Paseo pools and amenities, and unwind at night in premium adjustable beds with built in massage. The Tiki Hut Bar at the main pool offers adult beverages and has great food! For the outdoor enthusiasts, Paseo has many great walking and hiking trails; and for when you need to leave the resort, Fort Myers beach is just 15 minutes away. There are hundreds of activities you can do and numerous bars and restaurants in the nearby Fort Myers area. This condo is the closest located near the Town Square with all the amenities.
Please note the HOA requires a minimum monthly rental of 29 nights / 30 days. Guests have full use of all community amenities and are required to fill out an HOA application 30 days prior to arrival and pay a $100 application fee (Can be expedited to 2 weeks for an additional fee). These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
No pets per HOA rules. No smoking inside or outside of the property. Bookings must begin on the first of the month unless agreed by owner.
