Welcome to this fabulous villa in The Villages. This serene retreat features two cozy bedrooms, including one with a Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze queen bed and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms for privacy. The villa is professionally decorated, stays comfortable year-round with AC and heating, offers linens, Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and 2 paid guest passes for pool, golf, and courses at any recreation center with bookings over 6 days or more. At The Villages, there is so much to do and enjoy that 1 week will not be enough. Enjoy a concert every single night at each one of our market squares, enough dining experiences, many pools to visit, classes to take part in, visit a theater or movie, hop our different clubs and enjoy a Martini or Mojito! We too live here in TV and will be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We love living in The Villages. We want you to discover what we did when we came and stayed! Our aches and pains went away, even the wrinkles in our faces too! We became active and fell in love again with life, the music here, the restaurants, and the new friends we made! My husband plays golf now, pickleball, and bocce (and he still works...). I teach oil painting here at The Enrichment Academy, and yes I retired from interior design but I still have a passion for it so I can help you in your new home when you buy (new home or resale).

Why they chose this property

Being Floridians from Miami, we visited here over 20 years ago but weren't ready for the move. So when we decided to visit Central Florida to move since retirement was around the corner, we agreed to visit The Villages once again. We loved it. We came back 2 more times, sold our house and moved here in less than 5 months! We have never looked back. We enjoy the nightly concerts, the different clubs we have joined, the variety of pools and restaurants, the ability to shop only 15 minutes away. The pricing was great for the house we bought, the floorplan, the lush trees, and updating the house was fun. Where else are you going to have all these amenities for less than $205 dollars a month? Where? The best part is that there are homes here under $400,000, homes for $2 million and everything in between. Everyone lives exclusively in The Villages, we make things matter, and we make the best of it.

We bought our home and in less than 2 years here, decided to buy a Patio Villa not far from our current home. The price was right and we loved updating it, refurnished it, and re-decorated it to make it comfortable for you without sacrificing beauty of course. We share our Patio Villa with family, friends, our kids, our friends relatives, and of course, we look forward to your visit and we offer our best suggestions to make your move and stay the best experience. Because everyone speaks about The Villages right, true or not, rumors or not, we are famous! And we love it.
