Groot drie slaapkamer huis, derde slaapkamer gebruikt als een den / kantoor combinatie. King bed in meester met grote inloopkast en inloopdouche. Tweepersoonsbedden in de kamer. Binnenwasser en droger in de bijkeuken. Keuken heeft een ontbijtbar. Eetzalen 4. Vlakke kookplaat. Ingesloten Lanai. Mooie achtertuin met volwassen landschapsarchitectuur. Ook heeft een gescreerde veranda met zitgedeelte en een scherm op de garage deur. Dit huis is echt leuk en zeer comfortabel, maar wachtend op je te bezoeken. Breng je clubs en boek nu voor altijd in 2018.

Remax was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I literally have no complaints about renting this house. The pictures were exactly how it was. Played golf 4 days a week for the last 7 months. The dishwasher did break, but there was a new one the next day. I like the rental contract. Everything was spelled out as to what is expected by both parties. I would have rented again but I liked it so much here that I bought a house.

Ants, palmeto roaches, overgrown, overpriced

House was located in a great area but advertisements was over priced for house condition and listing pics were deceptive. Lister was real estate that was allegedly a “Premier Host.” House had ant problems, palmetto roaches first 3 days, all bushes/trees over grown to roofline of the house, floors left our floors black. For a VRBO listing this was unacceptable and listing the Host as, “Premier” was a joke! STAY AWAY from!

As soon as we were made aware of the problem on the 16th, we promptly contacted the pest control company to address the issue and rectify it as quickly as possible. While the home underwent a thorough cleaning and inspection prior to your arrival, we acknowledge that unforeseen issues can arise during a guest's stay. There was nothing to report for the lawn needing attention. Your feedback is important to us, and we are taking it into consideration as we strive to improve our services and prevent similar issues in the future. We value your experience and are committed to ensuring that all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I’ve signed a long term lease for 19-20 and even though it’s only June I’m already looking forward to returning.

Reviewer Comments: This property was very nice, except there were ants in kitchen and bathroom, and the kitchen faucet leaked, we called the rental agent and she was on top of it, took care of it. When we arrived at the rental property, the kitchen and bathroom floors did not look like they were cleaned in quite a while. Our rental agent Dena Manning was very attentive to all of our needs, very professional I will contact her again for our future rental requests.
