This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 8 and is perfect for families or groups exploring Florida’s Emerald Coast. Enjoy 5 beds, a fully equipped home, walkable restaurants and cafés, 4 complimentary bikes, and the house is fully equipped so you just have to unwind and relax.

We are new hosts hence why there are no reviews yet. Sea Gypsy had 5-star reviews and was a top rated property on multiple booking platforms with the previous owners.

PERFECT BEACH DAY:
Beach chairs, caddy, towels, umbrellas, and toys for kids are all included with your rental.

For those that enjoy cooking, Sea Gypsy features brand new stainless appliances that will elevate your dining experience.

Sea Gypsy features fast high speed internet that will allow you to stream on several devices as well as gaming.

Your friends and family will be able to relax at the end of a long beach day in the hot tub while star gazing!

BIKES:
Guests will be able to use the bikes that are included in the rental so an easy ride to the beach, restaurants, shops or just to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Santa Rosa Beach and Blue Mountain Beach.

BED ARRANGEMENTS:
The primary features a king bed, two of the guestrooms include 1 queen bed each, the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds.

OTHER AMENITIES:
Games, corn hole, and other activities are included with Sea Gypsy. You will also find a fully equipped laundry room so you can wash the sand off your clothes.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please bring large outdoor trash can by the curb on your departure day. No lose items in the trash can.
Replace all keys where they were found, including for the golf cart if you have rented it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
