This spacious 2,000+ square foot lakefront end-unit villa, located on the beachside of Sandestin Resort, is just steps from the neighborhood pool, Starbucks, shopping, and the beach. It’s the perfect retreat for two families with children, three or more couples, or a fun girls’ or guys’ getaway.

Enter through a private courtyard just off the parking area. On the first level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, laundry area, and two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Upstairs features a loft with both a sleeping area and a cozy sitting space. Just off the loft is the master bedroom and bathroom, creating accommodations that include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus the loft sleeping area.

Back downstairs, step outside to a private patio off the living room overlooking a natural lake, a view that can be enjoyed from nearly every room in the villa. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, or dine outdoors. For guests who love to fish, the lake participates in a catch-and-release program—and the fish are impressively large!

Very clean home. Had problem with Golf Cart was fixed very quickly via text. Went during busy season and enjoyed the pool during the day and beach was less crowded in the evening. Step outback and cast a line in the lake. Overall great experience and would book again. Check out Baytown Wharf across the street, get a day pass. We did not realize where it was until the day before we left but worth checking out.

We had an incredible stay and would absolutely book it again. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It had plenty of space for our family of 5, and everything we needed was already there, making it feel like a home away from home. The water view was an amazing plus.The location couldn't have been better. We loved being able to use the golf cart to get to the beach 5 minutes away, Baytowne Wharf, restaurants, and other resort amenities. It made getting around easy and added to the fun of the trip. The beach was beautiful, and having so many activities nearby kept everyone in our family entertained.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless.This was one of our favorite family vacations, and this property played a big part in that. We created wonderful memories here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Sandestin. We hope to return again!

Summer golf/beach trip!

We spent a week running around the resort and Destin area! Easy access to the beach via the SOA easement area near the west end of the resort. Golf at The Raven, Kelly Plantation and Regatta Bay! All three courses were amazing!! Would definitely book this rental again. Tons of space:) as advertised.

Loved the location and close access to the beach! I loved sitting on the back porch drinking coffee in the AM by the pond before the kids woke up…. Very relaxing! The close access to Restraurant and activities was perfect….will definately stay here again!
