Check out this adorable one bedroom oceanview condo perched on the 10th floor of the Sand Dunes Resort. This peaceful beach getaway features one queen bed and one full bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests and providing the perfect place to relax after a day by the ocean.

The condo is equipped with a full size kitchen that includes all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. Full size appliances include a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. An abundance of countertop space and cabinets makes storing groceries and meal prep easy. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes, and cups so you have everything needed to cook a meal or prepare a quick snack. If you prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of excellent restaurants within a short drive or even walking distance, and many also offer delivery.

Guests can enjoy meals at the kitchen peninsula with bar seating, or gather at the dining table located just behind the counter.

Just beyond the dining area is the living room, easily the most relaxing part of the condo. The space is furnished with a comfortable sofa and two accent chairs arranged in front of a wall mounted TV, creating the perfect place to unwind in the evenings.

Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the beautiful ocean views while enjoying the fresh coastal air.

The bedroom features two beds, one queen and one full, separated by an end table with extra storage. A window allows natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A dresser across the room provides storage for your belongings, and a wall mounted flat screen TV allows you to relax and catch up on your favorite shows from the comfort of bed.

For added convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer. Past guests have loved the ability to run a quick load before heading home, making unpacking that much easier after your trip.

Just off the bedroom is the full bathroom, which includes a shower and tub combination, vanity sink with mirror, and a toilet. Bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are all provided for your stay. We also include starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Please note that this is a non smoking resort. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violation may result in fines starting at $150. The resort also does not allow motorcycles or pets. Additionally, the kiddie water park located behind the resort is privately owned and access is restricted to its guests.

Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
