Cozy & Peaceful Cottage in Historic Queenston, NOTL-Wine Country Retreat

Welcome to Queenston Cottage, a cozy cottage in the heart of Niagara's Wine Country. Located in the charming and historic Village of Queenston, a short drive to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake or to stunning Niagara Falls. The property is surrounded by many historic sites, including the Laura Secord Homestead just next door and the Mackenzie Printing House and Niagara River only steps away. Situated minutes to countless wineries, golf courses, nature trails, restaurants, shops, and more!

Our quaint 2 bedroom cottage welcomes guests with a fully functional kitchen, living area and a private backyard with several lounging areas.

- Smart TV

* Note- fireplace is non functioning

KITCHEN:

- Basic kitchen utensils, plates, pots and pans

- Coffee station provided (drip coffee, french press, nespresso machine, milk frother available). Milk/cream, sugar, coffee and tea also provided.

- Dishwasher available

- Washing machine and dryer available for use. Landry detergent is provided

Guests are invited to enjoy the entirety of the house, comprising the living room (kindly note the fireplace is out of service), dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and bathroom.

***Please note the 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and require climbing a steep flight of stairs.

You also have access to the backyard and newly renovated patio. Please note that the detached garage and basement are not accessible to guests.

The back door smart lock password will be sent to you within 24 hours of your check-in.

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was very welcoming, attentive to detail and provided a comfortable and clean experience. We stayed for a few days and the house had all that we needed. The owner gracefully provided snacks, local hand soap, and shower toiletries that were a welcome and uncommon treat compared to other properties. The location is close to many sites of interest to visitors yet also in a quiet location.

The house was spotless, was very warm and welcoming. Kitchen had a welcome basket and had everything that you can need. Washroom was very well stocked up as well.There were plenty of entertainment options available for all age groups.

Me and my family stayed at this home and we loved it. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host even left some snacks that my family enjoyed. It was a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect NOTL getaway

Perfect spot to live during our NOTL getaway. Visited local heritage sites, hiked along the Niagara River and enjoy the locally produced food and wines in the town and wineries along the great escarpment. The property had all the amenities of home and our landlord, Rachel was available to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great weekend!

My family enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s home in Queenston. Right next door to the Laura Secord Homestead, with Queenston roughly halfway travel between NOTL and Niagara Falls, it was perfectly situated. The house was a good size for our family of 4, and Rachel kindly stocked it with snacks, board games, kids colouring books, and a bottle of wine! She was very responsive and helpful with local suggestions. My daughter adds: “the bed was very comfy”
