About Peter Koop
We have lived in Niagara-on-the-Lake for nearly 20 years and love the area - especially all the beautiful historic properties. Peter grew up in nearby Jordan Station, Ontario and Darla is a transplanted American, originally from Kansas. ~ A Tribute to Darla ~ It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my beautiful wife & soul-mate, and loving mother to our four children, Darla. Her talent & passion for decorating, and her desire to please our guests with her gracious hospitality has elevated our business to the high standards that it holds today. It is our intention to carry on her labour of love, upholding these high standards & warm hospitality…..the way Darla would have wanted us to. We look forward to meeting you at the cottage! Peter & the kids, Sam, Cassie, Emily & Josh

Why Peter Koop chose Historic Old Town
We have always wanted to own a property in 'Old Town' Niagara-on-the-Lake because we love the architecture of historic houses and the lovely gardens in town.
What makes this Cottage unique
We fell in love with this property because of the beautiful landscaping already in place and it's location on a quiet street so close to the lake.

This little house is in a perfect location, one block to the park and water and two blocks to down down historic Niagara with all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The house is as cute as it looks and had everything we needed, the backyard bbq was a great to have. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because it really is in need of a deep clean. The shower was not very clean, underneath the beds was terribly covered in dust, the ceiling fans were very dusty and also the towels smelled funky! Plus new pillows were needed on the beds. But putting that aside it’s a nice little house with a super awesome location!
Wonderful Cottage Near Everything
Cozy and well-furnished cottage near Victoria Park, the Shaw Festival Theater, and King and Queen Streets in Niagara on the Lake. Peter was always available and helpful and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay with him again. Wonderful neighborhood.
The cottage is very updated inside and had all the amenities.
Very clean and comfortable.
Close to the park, lake and downtown. All within walking distance.
Peter came to check and see if everything was okay and if we needed anything.
Would certainly recommend the place.
Charming cottage within walking distance of NOTL. Fully equipped with everything we needed, hair dryer, towels, condiments, etc. love the remodeled shower and the sweet bar stools / counter in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend for small family or two couples.

This small 2 bedroom cottage was fantastic! Walking distance to almost everything we did. Great location and we did a lot of walking around the nearby houses and waterfront. Met our needs perfectly!
