Steps to the Sand — Cozy 1BR with Renovated Bath & Private Porch

Hi! We are Pat and Tori and would love to share our beach home with you. It is between Ocean Ave and the boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Your family will love going to Jenkinson's aquarium, playing boardwalk games, riding the rides and having lunch and drinks at Jenkinson's Inlet. We provide 2 beach badges. There is 1 queen bed and 1 pull out couch. The location is everything at our home and we hope you will love it as much as we do!
The space
Our property features a back porch, 2 off-street parking spaces, a newly renovated bathroom, bedroom with queen sized bed, kitchen and laundry area.
Guest access
Guests have access to the back unit which includes the back porch and 2 parking spaces in the rear of the home.
Other things to note
We do not provide sheets and towels, please bring your own! There is a queen bed and a full sofa bed. We provide bath mats, mattress protectors, and comforters only. We recommend ordering from Blue Cottage Linens should you want to order sheets and towels to the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
