If there is a cleaning/damage charge assessed, or a fee for beach tag replacement, the owner will notify VRBO (within 14 days of tenant vacating) of said costs and VRBO will charge the tenants security deposit accordingly. This shall be stated in the lease agreement.

Cancellation Policy: 100% Refund Will Be Given Providing A Replacement Tenant Is Found At The Full Rental Price

Over The Counter Disinfectants Are Used In Between Each Tenant. Tenants Are Required To Leave Unit In Clean Condition Or A Cleaning Charge Will Be Assessed. Our Cleaning Service Will Still Inspect The Unit After Each Tenant To Make Sure You Walk Into A Nice Clean Place.

Very good rental

The entire experience renting this property was excellent including the detailed instructions from check in through check out. The location was great as well as the property. The owners were a pleasure to work with for the rental.

Beach Views on the Boardwalk

The house is exactly as pictured. Big windows and high ceilings made us feel like we had a lot of space in this little beach house. Our views of the ocean were lovely! The house is right on the boardwalk in Point Pleasant. People are walking by constantly. We were able to people watch, but also be watched by people. Super easy to head into the boardwalk area and play a game, or go on a ride, or hit the aquarium up. This was great for Covid times. We were able to head down the boardwalk and then hop back home to wash up very easily. Also, easy to come and go from the beach to have lunch or wash up. Candace and Paul are awesome hosts.

Very clean ! Steps to the Action !

Location, Location, Location !!! Upon arrival the smile on my face never left ! The owners are genuine ! The place is clean, it's steps from the Aquarium and Jenk's and the Beach. The fireworks are literally right in front of you ! This was the first time booking and not seeing it first and i have to say I was not sure what to expect but it was perfect ! on the days we didn't want to go to the main beach we just stepped outside and set up our chairs in the sand outside our slider door ! - I highly recommend this- can't wait for next year ! Thank you Candace and Paul - we will be back ! - Toni M

Dream come true!

They say location is everything and, in this case, it was absolutely true. Growing up in this area, I was very familiar with the lay of the land and, when I first saw that this home was available, I jumped on it. It was perfect! Right on the boardwalk with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Half of the front yard was a giant sandbox, perfect for our 2 grandchildren. Patio set was comfortable and grill available. We entertained friends and relatives all week while the kids entertained themselves, playing with the sand. When we weren't there, we were at the boardwalk, only a few steps away. Great family environment. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful the owner, Paul, was. From the moment he helped my husband carry items from the car, and several times throughout the week, he was always checking on us to make sure we were ok or needed anything. I cannot wait to return!

Amazing views! Nostalgic Jersey shore

We can’t express how wonderful how stay was at Paul’s house. The second we arrived, we were made to feel like long time friends. We were greeted with a bouquet of flowers on account of a special occasion for us to help welcome us! My only comp is the parking situation. The rental allows for one car. The allotted space is safe and convenient. However if you need to bring a second vehicle you must find street parking which is a nightmare during summer months. This is not within the control of the property owners. It’s just something to note when booking. Aside from that, the rental is spotless and has an amazing yard, patio and living room with 180° beach views. It’s 10 houses down from the action but quiet and peaceful. We love this place and love the owners

Exceeded Our Expectations

On the first day of our vacation I called Paul a few minutes before arriving. He was there to greet us, let us in, give us a brief overview of the home and how the appliances worked. He left us with house keys, beach passes, and parking passes. He was extremely helpful with information regarding the restaurants, traffic flow, parking, and general information about Point Pleasant and its locale. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The views are stunning from the window and back deck. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home. Everything was as promised in the VRBO listing including patio furniture, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, grill, glasses, silverware, plates, cups, coffee maker, and toaster. We were steps from the beach and not far from the aquarium, boardwalk, rides, arcade, games, the Jenks bar, and Martell’s. Plus, our family had a front row seat for the fireworks on Thursday evening. The first day we arrived, there was an issue with the cable TV and Paul was on top of it. He came back periodically to ensure the cable was repaired and the TV was working properly; he was not intrusive. He was polite and very proactive. I felt comfortable having his phone number in case any questions or problems occurred. He comes highly recommended, and we are looking forward to renting from him and his sister Candace next year!

Great week at the shore

Renting was easy as Candace was easy to work with. We had no issues checking in and the one minor issue we had was handled in minutes. Location is fantastic and the house was perfect.

This is a magical beach house!

Just like it was advertised! It is right on the boardwalk and right on the beach. The view of the beach from the living room and front yard is so amazing I didn't always need to go to the beach! Not only that but the boardwalk has lots of activities that you can walk to.

Perfect Location!

The location of the property couldn't be better and was perfect for the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed stepping out the front door and being on the boardwalk seconds later. The ocean view is wonderful. A short walk to the local attractions was much appreciated.

Jersey Shore Getaway

This property, along with the hospitality of the owners, made for an easy relaxing and refreshing getaway! The property is situated in the perfect location, within steps of the beach and with picture perfect views of the ocean! We were very pleased with our stay and impressed with the easy parking, access to nearby attractions and the beach and street parking passes that were included! The house was fully stocked with the essentials necessary for a comfortable week long stay!
