The Space:

Serenity awaits you at this cozy 1100 sq. ft. home on South Forest Beach Drive at the Seascape Villas. Private beach access is just across the street, and in a 5-minute walk, your feet will hit the sand. Plus, there are six beach chairs and a beach cart that are provided as a bonus. Enjoy exclusive access to a beachfront cabana (restrooms) - so no need for anyone to leave the beach. When you're done for the day the cabana also has a foot wash.



Take a dip at one of two saltwater pools or relax and enjoy the picturesque view of the lagoon from the deck, which includes a patio umbrella and seating.



Watch your favorite TV shows in the living room. The property features free WiFi and cable. Guests will also have access to a desk workspace with a monitor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably, including a dishwasher and disposal. The dining table offers seating, in addition to the kitchen bar.



Seascape Villas also connects seamlessly to Hilton Head’s bike paths and walkways. You’re conveniently located near Coligny Beach Plaza (0.7 miles) and its numerous restaurants and shops. Wonderful stay! 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the pool. Beach chairs, toys and towels are provided. 5 min drive to the supermarket and local restaurants. The unit was spacious enough for our family of five to spend time together and spread out. Both bathrooms are upstairs, which was a little annoying, but worth the option of two bathrooms. Washer and dryer were very convenient. We enjoyed watching turtles and cranes in the lagoon.

House was extremely clean when we arrived and was the perfect size for me and 3 girl friends. Has a nice deck to sit out on that overlooks lagoon in the back. It was in a great location to walk to the beach as well as a handful of stores/ restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the whole lay out it was enough space for everyone I even liked the water when you step outside on the balcony. Just was upset about the parking because my stepdaughter had came and stay and it wasn’t no additional parking for guests but besides that everything was great I will be booking again.

A gem! Great price and great location! It took us 6 minutes to walk to the beach with all of our stuff and about 15 mins to walk to Coligny Plaza. The beach chairs were on their last leg, but everything else was exactly as described! We will definitely be back!

A little home away from home

We had a great time vacationing here with our little guy (almost 4). The location was great and there was a lot for us to do within walking distance. The condo was very clean, warm and welcoming with a variety of games which was great for downtime. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. The property manager was great checking in/out was easy. We are hoping to come down again!
