The Space:

If you've been needing a peaceful, private getaway for your next vacation, look no further than this incredible, wooded hillside home. You'll be three miles southwest of Angel Fire Resort and ski mountain which boasts 80+ ski trails in the winter and zip-lining chairlift rides in the summer. Tee off at Angel Fire Golf Course, and enjoy an 18-hole, par-72 course surrounded by the majestic southern Rocky Mountains. The Country Club has an array of amenities, such as its indoor swimming pool, fitness room, dining and bar area, and full-service golf shop - all at 8,600 feet elevation with views of Wheeler Peak, the tallest peak in New Mexico.



Walk through the front door right into your calm, inviting, and incredibly spacious living and dining area with vaulted pine ceilings. Here, comfortable furnishings surround the home's wood-burning fireplace, the perfect space to unwind. You'll have a lovely view of the vaulted ceiling overhead in the loft area, coupled with a desk area and a cozy bed. Ideal for large families, you'll be glad to know there is a crib, Pack-N-Play, and plenty of games for your kiddos to enjoy. Warm up by the fireplace and listen to the crackle of the wood burning, then head up to your bedroom and doze off into dreamland. The upstairs primary suite features a private balcony, an office workspace with a desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse for remote work, and a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Outside, a lovely deck allows you to view the sunset and wildlife, and bask in the natural beauty in the distance - watch the stars in awe!

Cute and Cozy!

Great location with lots of things being in walking distance. Overall, had a great experience with our stay in Red River! Great place to unplug and recharge on mountain time. If you get hot at night, I would recommend sleeping with the patio door open or bringing another fan. WiFi isn’t the best but you’re in the mountains so you get what you would expect with that.

Hiking Trip to Red River

The condo was clean and was perfect for our stay. We were just off Main Street and across from a park and visitor center. We arrived and did not use our car again until we had to leave for home. The only downside which is minimal is construction. Company has their main work area across the street so could be a little noisy first thing in the morning. I stay there again.

Great Place!

Once we got here we didn’t have to drive, everything was within walking distance! It’s a very clean and cozy place, and has everything you could need during your stay. The only thing that confused us was the fireplace. The day we left it was raining, which came through & was leaking into the masonry. Nothing was damaged, just pointing that out!

The condo was nice. Coffee makers did not work. Drip coffee maker needs replaced and K cup coffee maker as well. The key lock draped over the door knob needs removed, door is hard enought to open and close with that in the way. Text messenging was handy

Lovely

Lovely property. Location was perfect. Amenities as described. Had a bit of trouble finding the unit and getting inside but the Vacasa agent was very helpful and solved the issue right away. The bed was very comfy. Since there is no AC the fans provided were very helpful. I would recommend the addition of a screen on the sliding door to the balcony so fresh air can be let in without insects. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing

Dirty bed/ No water

First night we had to sleep on the couch because there was a lot of hairs on the bed. Disgusting down area hairs. And we didn’t have water for almost 2 days. After hiking, fishing, horseback riding. We would of love a shower and use the restroom instead of porta potty a block away. Management just told us to buy water at the store to use the restroom. It was nice to spend our vacation money on water to flush the toilet. (Sarcastic).

Outsourced property management

Horrible communication with the property manager. My husband left behind some important items and we have yet to get a resolution. If the management of said property was not outsourced, we would already have a resolution.

Perfect little getaway

Centrally located in Red River you're within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The unit itself is perfectly accommodated for 3 people. New appliances and recently renovated it feels like it should be a lot more expensive than it is. Not to mention the views! Absolutely breathtaking sunrises.
