House was great and very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It was great having access to a garage for your vehicles. It was a perfect rental for a ski trip getaway very close to the ski resort. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Comfortable space and great location!

We traveled to Angel Fire as 2 families with 4 young kids and this was the perfect amount of space. Location was great and the home was comfortable. Only feedback I would say is to ensure better stock of paper goods (paper towels and toilet pper) and consider a more user-friendly coffee pot.

Why they chose this property

Having enjoyed this area for many years we finally decided to purchase a home here. All our children learned to ski at Angel Fire. It hosts one of the country's best ski school and family friendly ski mountain. We are blessed with this opportunity and now are looking to share our love of the area with other by making our getaway available for short term rental.

What makes this property unique

Being country folks, we love the 1.5 acres of privacy this location affords and yet it is only 1/2 mile from the main lift drop off. Another 1/2 mile up El Camino Real brings you to the the observation deck, an excellent alternate for dropping off and picking up your skiers/bikers. The yard swing overlooks the green belt that is a natural trail for wildlife. We have enjoyed turkey, deer, elk and the occasional bobcat and bear. The large rear windows and deck provides year round mountain views and the up mountain location means there is always a summer breeze.
