This property is just as described. Very, very clean and the host provides toilet paper, paper towels, bags and toilet paper as well as hand and dish soaps which is very nice when travelling for a couple of days. There is an elevator which is always very convenient. We loved the screened in lanai overlooking the marina and restaurant below. The furniture was very comfortable and the 5 of us had plenty of room to spread out. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

Vic was very attentive, and came to the property to help us with a stuck lock. He got the entire lock mechanism fixed while we were out to dinner. He offered us an extra day for the trouble. Great property, great host.

Amazing stay in St. James community outside of Southport, NC! The condo itself is immaculate! Well updated with appliances, furniture, flooring, and screened in deck! This place could not have been in a better location at the marina! Loved having Beacon 315 right down the elevator, the boats to watch and the amenities to enjoy in St. James! From golf, to pools, to beach… amazing!! I highly recommend this place for golfers, families, girl getaway, all the above! Vic was outstanding to work with and very communicative. He checked on us each day and was available for anything we needed!

Very clean high end appliances terrific view of Marina from our balcony great sunsets. Our host Vic was very helpful when we had any questions. Beautiful decor throughout the condo.

The property was immaculate, well stocked, beautifully decorated and host was extremely communicative. Location was superb for visiting my friends in St. James. Definitely will be back again. Recommended to my friends living in St. James for other future out of town family and friends.

This two bedroom, two bathroom is located in the beautiful gated community of St. James Plantation,NC. We had a very nice time staying here for an extended weekend. The deck overlooking the Marina was very special! The kitchen had everything we needed and very nice quality dishes. The furniture was also very nice and the beds were excellent! The host was very nice and even got us a tour of the area since we are looking to retire in NC. We would definitely stay here again!!
