Private: property 1'000 m2, terraced garden with trees, meadow. Motor access (mountain road). 20 m steep footpath to the house. Parking at 20 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Como" 50 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Museo della Barca Lariana, Chiesa di S.Martino, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Bellagio, Varenna. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Monte Grona - Rifugio Menaggio, Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia, Monte Legnoncino. Rustikales Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Kleines, gemütliches Landhaus ohne viel Luxus. Etwas abseits des Sees über kurvige, enge Straße zu erreichen, daher aber ruhige Lage. Tolle Sicht auf den See, leider ein wenig verbaut durch die davor befindliche "Bauruine", aber daher gibt es auch keine direkten Nachbarn. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, wenn auch etwas wildwüchsig. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, nur ein kleines Sofa und vielleicht Fliegengitter für die Fenster wären toll gewesen. Freundliche Vermieterin.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und das Gelände das zum Haus gehört ist wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf den See ist Traumhaft schön! Man kann sehr schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung machen. Es war ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub!

Sehr schöne 14 Tage Urlaub

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern und ist sehr gemütlich, das Gelände das zum Gebäude gehört ist sehr schön man hat seine Ruhe und hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den See. Das Frühstücken vor dem Haus bei diesem super Ausblick war einfach Wunderschön! Die Dörfer um den Comersee sind wunderschön man kann wunderschöne Ausflüge machen und die Wochenmärkte sind einen Besuch wert.
