The Space:

Welcome to your single-level retreat in Playa del Carmen, designed with a spacious, open layout and step-free access for guests of all ages.

- Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ample closet space.

- Second bedroom: King-size bed.

- Living area: Open-concept lounge with a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests and a Smart TV (Netflix).

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, plus a breakfast bar.

- Bathroom: Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, towels and essentials provided.

- Private balcony: Outdoor seating with pool and garden views.

Please note the pool and grounds are shared common areas. Nearby construction may cause some daytime noise (8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Mon-Sat), and the on-site gym is temporarily out of service.



Guest Access:

We offer easy self check-in. We will send you an access code so you can enter the condo at your preferred time within the established check-in hours, with no waiting. We do not have permanent on-site staff but are always available by message.



The building has an elevator, a private entrance, step-free access, and on-site parking, including a disabled parking spot.



The Neighborhood:

Set in a quiet residential area of Playa del Carmen, close to everything the Riviera Maya offers.



- Minutes from the beach and the turquoise Caribbean Sea

- Close to golf courses, restaurants, and downtown Playa del Carmen

- Near supermarkets, shops, and entertainment

- Easy access to theme parks and attractions along the Riviera Maya



A great base for both relaxing pool days and active excursions.



Getting Around:

The condo is well connected for getting around the Riviera Maya.



- Cancun International Airport (CUN): about a 50-minute drive. Taxi, private shuttle, or car rental recommended.

- Local transport: taxis and colectivos (shared vans) are common and budget-friendly.

- Downtown Playa del Carmen and Fifth Avenue are a short drive away.

- On-site parking is available for your vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we will request a photo of an official ID (government-issued photo ID) for each guest who will be staying, to authorize access and comply with building rules.



Please note there is ongoing nearby construction from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday; some noise may be heard during these hours. The on-site gym is temporarily out of service, and we are glad to recommend nearby fitness options.



You may encounter local wildlife such as birds, geckos, or insects; please respect the local environment and avoid leaving food outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.



For proper air-conditioning performance, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running.
