The location is great! The condo itself is just okay. They need to do some updates for the price they are charging. The coffee maker didn’t appear to be clean and had seen better days so we didn’t use it. They didn’t provide enough wash cloths for 2 nights. The bedroom window shades fell off the track and we didn’t have a stool so we couldn’t fix it. I texted the cell they provided and no one responded. They left instructions that you should not open the windows and the heat is set for 70 and you can’t adjust. We were all hot at night. The bed was comfortable but the pillows need replacing. The location made up for some of these issues.

Hi Lisa, thank you for the feedback. We can certainly replenish the stock of face cloths - the cleaners indicated there were sufficient towels and linens, but duly noted (ditto for better pillows, and a replacement coffee maker)!! The instructions to leave the thermostat at 70 degree say "in winter" - you most certainly could have adjusted the thermostat or opened windows - I wish you had reached out so I could have advised. I did get a text regarding a curtain falling off the track, but there was no name of the sender provided, nor any indication as to which property - and we had quite a lot of foliage rentals so I assumed I would discover the incident upon my departure checks - which I did. I did not realize that was an inconvenience based on your text - I thought it was just a notification to let us know about the issue. Village Green is a great location - this unit has upgraded furnishings but we will be working to bring all of the amenities to the same level for a better guest experience! Thanks!
