• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Please do not leave dogs unattended for prolonged periods

• Along with central AC, portable fans are provided in each bedroom for guest to have a comfortable sleep on hot days
• Central heating, and wood-burning stove (firewood provided) for cold winter weather
• Snow plowing for 3”+ snowfall; AWD/4WD recommended

• Two exterior security cameras monitor driveway and side property (none indoors)
• Flashlights and lantern provided

☆☆ WILDLIFE ☆☆

• Wildlife IS common—expect deer, birds, and occasional bears
• While we use pest control, insects and rodents may still be present due to the forest setting. We are not responsible for any wildlife or pest encounters.

☆☆ Trash ☆☆

Due to the cabin’s location and surrounding wildlife, guests are required to remove all garbage at the end of their stay. Garbage can be disposed of at:
Avery Transfer & Recycling Center or taken with guests.

☆☆ BLUE LAKE SPRINGS AMENITIES (SEASONAL) ☆☆

Access to private lakes, pools, and tennis courts is available for a fee:
• $100/day for up to 6 guests or $20 per person
• Membership card is provided in the cabin ($50 replacement fee if lost)

☆☆ REFUNDS ☆☆

Our cancellation policy, as agreed upon during booking, will be fully enforced.
We highly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that refunds are not provided for weather, weather-related issues, or natural disasters.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house except the owner's closet in the master bedroom and the basement.

Other things to note
• Guest must be 21 years old to book and only approved and registered guests are allowed in the premises.
• Our cabin does not have a backup generator at this time. We recommend packing battery pack for devices as a backup, especially during winter or stormy weather.
• Trash has to be disposed of at Avery recycling station 4541 Segale Rd, Avery, CA 95224
