Squirrel Away-Pet Friendly, A/C & Lake Access!

Welcome to Squirrel Away Haven, located in the Pinebrook HOA with summer lake access. Our cabin has been recently remodeled, so you'll enjoy a "like new" experience in the mountains! The primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom not only has a twin bed, but also a bunk bed with a double on bottom, giving this room sleeping capacity of 3-4 people. The second bathroom has a full shower/tub combo. The living room has a sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 additional people as well. A new mini-split system offers heating and air conditioning throughout.
Additionally, the wood-burning stove in the living room will give you warmth all winter long.

The comfortable living room has space to fit the family, including a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking dinner in the kitchen with an open dining space and bar area, which accommodates 8. The front and back decks offer privacy with patio furniture for your enjoyment, including charcoal and propane bbq (guest to provide charcoal). Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD and VCR player. Only minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, Spicer Reservoir, and Calaveras Big Trees State Park. There's something to do year-round!

Maximum Occupancy of 8 people includes sleeper sofa as sleeping space for 2 people.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved and housebroken dogs welcomed, but must not be left alone (must be over 1 year old - max 2 dogs) with $50 non-refundable pet fee (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing, max 2).

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
