Schlecht gepflegtes Haus und Pool

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, Südseite und toller Meerblick. Die untere Wohnung war leider sehr schlecht geputzt, an den Bodenrändern und Ecken überall Haare von den Vormietern. Auch die Küchenausstattung, vor allem von der unteren Wohnung war sehr dürftig. Die Liegen am Pool waren alt und ungepflegt, ferner wurde der Pool nur einmal am Anfang gereinigt und ist renovierungsbedürftig. Leider ist auch kein Staubsauger vorhanden. Auf der Terasse ist nur ein sehr kleiner Tisch vorhanden.

Mooi uitzicht wel nood aan vernieuwing.

Prachtig uitzicht. Netjes gepoetst toen we aankwamen. Bedden boven liggen zeer goed. Snelle service bij problemen van interhome (vaatwasser). Inboedel is wel toe aan vernieuwing. Weinig potten en pannen. Slecht 1 eidopje, snijplanken waren niet proper (schimmel),… Stoelen buiten waren allemaal gebarsten, tafel om buiten te eten was te klein voor 4 personen. Ligbedden aan zwembad liggen door. Zwembad rand was groen en vele tegels kwamen los. Droogrekje valt uit elkaar.

great view, lots of steps!

Traditional Spanish villa high in the hills of Benissa but the hight comes at a price, 70 steps from upper level to a very nice pool area but would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues or young children, some of the steps to the pool have no handrail. No housekeeping service, stayed three weeks and had to launder bedding ourselves with limited drying facilities. No English channels on TV, overall quite disappointing, wont be returning.
