The covered lower deck offers an outdoor dining room with relaxing setting and outdoor shower with cold and hot water.

The house sleeps 10 people throughout the three bedrooms and living room.

Parking Information:
- Parking available in the driveway for 2–3 cars; the garage is reserved for beach gear (chairs, coolers, wagon, and more).

Reservation Information:
- Check in after 4PM and check out by 10AM.
- Must be 25+ to book. Guests under 25 require a responsible adult (25+) on the property. Non-compliance may result in cancellation without refund.
- The home is reserved for the booking guest and their registered guests only.

Key House Rules:
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking or vaping indoors, on decks, or in the garage; $1,000 remediation fee for violations.
- Quiet hours are enforced by the county from 10pm to 7am.
- No parties or large gatherings. Small celebrations with registered guests are welcome—please notify me in advance of any visitors. Unauthorized overnight guests may incur a fee of $125 per person, per night. Not following this policy may lead to cancellation without refund.
