3 Bedroom Updated Town House Just Steps Away From The Beach

Welcome to your beautiful, FULLY FURNISHED No Worries Town House. This house has been totally updated and ready to make wonderful memories for you and your loved ones. We are in a gated community right on the sugar-white sands of PENSACOLA BEACH. Park your car in the attached garage on the ground floor and laundry room is right off the kitchen as you ascend to the main level of this beautiful cabana. Here you will find the kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen has a huge island that you can sit and enjoy both dining and living space as one big room. The patio door leads you to an exterior terrace overlooking one of the 2 community pools. In the living room the couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. As you make your way up to the bedrooms you will find gorgeous dry bar and half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms upstairs are as followed: Master has a King bed, twin bed , TV & full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, another full bed with a TV , as you are making your way to Upstairs Bedroom 3 you will pass a shared full bathroom for these 2 rooms. Bedroom 3 has a Queen with a TV. The beach is just steps outside the front door, while the first pool is off the back patio, the 2nd pool is at the back of the property. Just across the parking area is the beach access, so you are literally just steps from the water. The garage has all the beach toys including, chairs, rafts, body boards, paddle boards, and bicycles. There is also an extra refrigerator. No need for cars as the free Trolley (download the app) picks up right in front of the facility bringing you all the way down to Ft. Pickens entry as well as all the shops and fun along the way running until midnight Memorial day through Labor day. If you are into exercising or just like to walk we have a paved path of over 20 miles along the beach, you will love this path. Ready to relax and enjoy good food and drinks? Head on over to the boardwalk and pier. There you will find numerous restaurants and bars. You can relax on the boardwalk overlooking the marina that includes jet ski, boats and pontoon rentals. Boats for charter fishing and dolphin sight seeing, as well as para-sailing are easily accessible. A book with all the info you need to get started on a great vacation is ready for you.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all windows are closed and stop is in the rear sliding door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Front door is on keypad lock. When leaving make sure sliding door has bar in door, front door is locked and garage is shut.
Clean out Fridge and sink prior to leaving. All dishes should be cleaned or a minimum loaded into the dishwasher and turned on prior to leaving.
Leave bedding in bedrooms, towels should be placed in laundry room. Laundry detergent available to wash anything needed.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and stayed the weekend at the property. The property was exactly as described in the app. Literally a hundred yards away from a beautiful beach and furnished with all the beach toys you can imagine. A beautiful salt water pool was 50 feet from the back deck. The beds were all very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The area felt very safe and is very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great place to stay for a long weekend at the beach! The condo was spacious and kid friendly. It had a ton of beds and lots of extra towels for guests, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was stocked with anything items could need to cook and eat. They also supplied some items you don’t typically get in condos, like dishsoap, shampoo and conditioner!It was an easy walk to the beach and pool, and had a spacious garage to store all of your beach supplies from day-to-day.

Easy access, great amenities, plenty of space, on the beach, and pools, whats not to like. It is modernly updated and has everything you need to enjoy what Pensacola has to offer.

What makes this property unique

One of the few 3 bedrooms with attached 2 car garages is a big plus whether your staying for the summer or winter it is the perfect size to enjoy. We loved that you can get dropped off and get to and from the entire beach functions with the Trolley and Pensacola Beach is not an overly vacationy. Not to mention the Blue Angels Air Show!
