Welcome to Camden’s Cabana – Fully Updated for 2026! Looking for the perfect family beach retreat? Our 4-bedroom townhome in the gated, Gulf-front community of Regency Cabanas has just been refreshed with new LVP flooring throughout the main level and upstairs baths, fresh paint, and a brand-new guest bathtub.

Why Families and Groups Love Our Home:

Prime Location: Just steps from the famous sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach.

Direct Pool Access: Our back deck overlooks the pool and a peaceful pond. You can walk right off the deck to the water!

Home-Cooked Meals: A cooking ready kitchen with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, crockpot, gas grill, and a dual-purpose Keurig.

Better Sleep: We use high-end Serta iComfort Cool Gel and hybrid mattresses. No "cheap" rental beds here!

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 (Master): King Serta iComfort + Daybed w/ Trundle & En-suite Bath.

Bedroom 2: King Serta iComfort + Pack N Play for the little ones.

Bedroom 3: King High-Quality Hybrid (Firm—great for back support!).

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Twin bunk beds with memory foam mattresses!

Community Amenities: Regency Cabanas is a low-density, gated complex featuring two swimming pools and plenty of green space. We are just 1 mile from Cowley Park, which offers tennis, pickleball, basketball, a track, and a playground.


SUMMER 2026 SEASONAL RULE: We are now booking for our 2026 High Season! For dates between May 31st and August 8th, we exclusively book Full Weeks (7 nights) with a Sunday arrival and Sunday departure.

General Information:

Parking: Private garage + driveway (2 vehicles max). Additional parking is first come first served and located right across from our drive as well as around the complex.

Trolley: The free Summer Trolley stops right outside the complex for easy access to the Boardwalk.

Requirements: Primary renter must be 25+. No smoking. No pets.

Security: Exterior cameras monitor the parking area and back stairs for your safety.

Facilities were in great shape for arrival and during stay. Kitchen was well organized and stocked. Our biggest drawback was internet connection which made family down time difficult when we were wanting to watch tv. We had to utilize our phones as hot spots to allow viewing.

Perfect beach vacation

The home set up was the perfect set up for bedrooms for our families and kids. Being able to walk to the beach was extremely convenient and made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The neighbor was extremely nice. We would highly recommend to anyone and already planning to come back and stay again.

The location is great! We wanted somewhere that we could just walk to the beach, and this was it! It was nice to have a garage to access all the beach toys/chairs and a hose outside to clean sand off. The walk to the pool was right from the balcony! There was a slight mix up with the cleaning crew, so the owner had to clean the condo prior to us arriving. We were delayed about 2.5 hours from check in time, but she refunded that night stay and did her best to make it right.We had lots of room for our party of 8. Everyone seemed to have a place to spread out. Kitchen and dining area was very spacious. Air conditioning worked great! Will look forward to a stay here again in the future!

Truly the Perfect Beach Getaway! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beachside retreat! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The entire townhome was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need.The kitchen was a dream—beautiful quartz countertops, a great breakfast bar for gathering, and every appliance and tool we needed, from the crock pot to the gas grill and the Keurig that made mornings easy. We cooked several meals there and appreciated how easy and enjoyable it was to feel “at home.”The bedrooms were super comfortable—having three king beds was such a treat! And the bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. They especially loved the color-changing lamps, which added a fun and cozy touch to bedtime.The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps to the soft white sands of Pensacola Beach. It was so convenient to walk right out and be on the beach within minutes. We also enjoyed the 2 pools for a relaxing dip in the afternoons.You can truly tell this is a well-loved and well-maintained home. Everything was designed with comfort, fun, and relaxation in mind. We made so many great memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this slice of paradise!The communication and everything was super smooth and wonderful. We can not recommend this place enough! Thank you !

Family vacation

Awesome Vacation!!

The location of the house was perfect - just a short walk across the parking lot to the beach. And the bedrooms were perfect for us - the little ones slept in the bunk beds and adults each got a King Sized bed. Communication with the owner was Excellent - very quick responses for everything.Would definitely like to make a trip back and book the same place. A

I had a chance to stay with my family at this wonderful little slice of Heaven for a Valentine's weekend getaway. It was nicely located near the beach and convenient to the local shops and dining. The host was great at responding to questions I had. Description of the unit was right on. Definitely on the list for potential future visits to Pensacola Beach.

New experience

The location was incredible, the security felt at the place was wonderful. The unit was great and had great sleeping arrangements and the multiple bathrooms were a plus with having 3 guys and 2 females at the house. The listing states a hot tub but one is not available. The items provided in the home were great and greatly appreciated. During our stay we came across some things the cleaning crew should have been aware of. When I notified the property owner she was responsive and advised she would talk with cleaning crew.

Clean but needs more

This house is great if you are wanting a close stay right near the beach and want a pool. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk. However, there was not enough blankets for our group of 5, the toilets need some adjusting and it would have been nice to have a high chair that we could have used for our 7 month old daughter. We used the washer and dryer which was very handy to have. The beds are really hard, I liked that, my husband did not. Overall it's a nice place but a bit expensive for what you are getting.

Fabulous trip

The townhouse was perfect. We lived the location and the beach was wonderful. The townhouse was immaculate and had all the comforts of a lovely home. We even found beach toys in the garage so we didn’t have to buy toys. I would love to stay there again

Great location and townhouse

The property was just what we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, beds were big and comfortable. The back deck was super nice to sit out in and watch the ducks and just sit and relax. The area was quiet at night. It was a very short walk to the beach which was perfect for little kid potty breaks and lunch. Plenty of beach chairs if you needed an extra one or didn’t bring any. We didn’t get in the pool it was too cold for us. The beach was wonderful and such an easy walk really only takes a minute to get to and the best part is there is a ramp for the beach wagon. We had dinner 2 nights out at crabs on the beach and red fish blue fish. Both places were very kids friendly and delicious. All in all we loved staying here and will definitely be coming back.

Spacious, comfortable beach condo close to seashore

It was amazing! This nearly ocean front beach condo is spacious with three very comfortable king size bedrooms (one in each room on the second level) with a fourth double bed on the main level that boasts an open kitchen dining room and an equally comfortable couch in the living room. Kitchen is well stocked as well as bathrooms. I added a blow dryer and beach towels and just left them there. Close to beach and easy to access. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Townhome

Beautiful townhome just steps from the beach. The one negative is that there is no beach view. The beds and sofa are comfy and the kitchen is huge. My family had a great time and would stay here again.

This end of the beach is a hidden gem—just a few miles from the lively boardwalk and attractions, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

Camden's Cabana is located in a gated Gulf-front community, providing a safe and serene escape with two inviting pools and direct access to a less crowded stretch of beach. As parents of two small kids, we especially appreciated the ease of not having to cross any roads and the short, stress-free walk to the sand with all the little ones’ gear in tow. It’s truly the ideal spot for a relaxing and family-friendly beach getaway.
