With new well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms and flooring, as well as furnishings from Ethan Allen, this single-story coastal getaway's layout features a living room, dining area, full hallway bath and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, washer, dryer and more Accessible without stairs. 4 Smart TVs (Netflix-capable with a guest's own account), DVD, book & DVD library, board games, Keurig, Wifi. Plus, portable crib (courtesy item not guaranteed).



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Important Information

We spent 2 weeks at 409 Island. It was a lovely vacation apartment. Updated appliances and granite. I wish I had known that the owners have a dog that must spend time there. The listing says No Pets so I wrongly assumed the apartment would be free of animal allergens. When cleaning the apartment to come home, we found dog toys under the couch, a food bowl under the master bed, and dog hair under the couch cushions. We enjoyed the apartment, I just think it is important to know in case people ( like my husband and grandson) are impacted by allergies to animals.
