ABOUT THE HOUSE
Stained glass French doors lead to the main living area, where oversized windows flood the room with sunlight. A central stone fireplace extends to the high ceilings.
Up to nine guests can sink into the plush sectional and armchairs to enjoy good company and conversation. An additional sitting area features a 55” flat screen TV and three cushioned wicker chairs around a circular table.
Prepare family meals in an open kitchen with a center island and a full suite of appliances, including a French-door fridge. The cabinets are stocked with all the cookware and dishes you'll need; even a waffle iron and blender are at the ready. A breakfast bar with three chairs provides a perch for morning coffee.
Enjoy home-cooked meals in the dining area, where a stained glass pendant light hangs above a table set for eight.
Three decks on the main level make it easy to spread out and take in the fresh air. The first deck is an intimate space for four to sit and chat at a wood table, while the second offers a picnic-style table and gas grill. The sprawling third deck treats guests to captivating ocean views; relax in one of the three Adirondack chairs or gather at the dining table for five.
Upstairs, a second living area invites you to select a good read from the wall of bookshelves and curl up on the sectional sofa by another stone fireplace. A futon converts to a full bed and affords some of the best views of the ocean, while an armchair and writing desk offer additional seating options.
Find one bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms on the second floor. The first-floor bedroom features a queen bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, and two closets. A guest bathroom in the hallway is configured with a soaking tub and a shower.
On the second floor, a king-size master boasts a 32” flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with jetted tub.
Sleep comfortably in the spacious third bedroom with two twin beds, two armchairs, a large closet, and soaring ceilings. Glass doors lead out to a second-story deck. In the hallway, a guest bathroom includes a pedestal sink, heated towel rack, and walk-in shower.
A private guest studio attached to the home features beamed ceilings, a full-size futon, and a kitchenette with sink and mini fridge. Spend quiet mornings at a bistro table with two chairs, and refresh in a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Extras include a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and driveway parking for up to three vehicles.

Lovely amenities and views. Loved spending time together as a family and exploring the coastline. Challenging king bed arrangement without separate walls for privacy, depending on with whom you are traveling.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, amenities, and quality time with your family exploring the coastline. We understand that the open layout of the king bed area may not offer the level of privacy some guests prefer, depending on the group. We appreciate you pointing that out, and we’re happy to hear it didn’t take away from your overall experience.

Incredible ocean view
We loved the location and beautiful ocean views. House was clean and plenty of room for 2 families. Would definitely stay again.
This property was absolutely beautiful, stunning and amazing. My family and I would definitely recommend & stay in this beautiful house again!! Everyone was quite pleased with their rooms & their own bathrooms. All the seating rooms were clean & amazing. Very enjoyable for all of us.
Boothbay Harbor was only 15 minutes away, beautiful little town.
We so enjoyed the house, but the view stole the show! Needs a bit of a glam up in the furniture department but everything was comfortable and clean. The property is lovely and we enjoyed the piano! We will be back for sure.
Husband and I stayed for a long weekend. Loved it - would return. Spacious, incredible views, amazing huge central stone fireplace and tall ceilings both levels. Large scale original art. Lots of comfy couches. Yes random things are outdated or don’t work, but don’t let that scare you off - it’s clean. Quirky. Walked along the ocean rocks from the house all the way around the point to Ocean Beach. Sea glass at the beach. Trail from the driveway through the woods to Cunner Rock Road. Went to a concert at the Opera House.
The house was better than we even expected. The photos do not do it justice! Spectacular views! We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, beautiful architecture, and private setting.
Large, roomy home and very private. Ocean view from the deck. A lot of space and places to gather both inside and outside. Everything was very nice except for a few small issues. No air conditioning or fans in gathering areas, Dish washer did not clean well, and there was no hand soap in the bathrooms.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the spaciousness, privacy, and beautiful ocean view from the deck. It’s great that the home offered plenty of room to gather both indoors and out. Additionally, we appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of air conditioning and fans in the common areas, as well as the dishwasher performance and missing hand soap. We’ll be sure to share these notes with our local team to address and work to improve the home for future stays. Your insights help us enhance future visits, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
Property is as in a beautiful setting. Great views of ocean activity such as lobster boats checking traps and a pathway to the water for a closer view. Property is well maintained and kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances. We look forward to a return next year.

Beautiful Maine Coast Home
We had a wonderful time in this spacious house. The deck and coastal views are even better than the pictures. Truly spectacular. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen and grill amenities were fantastic. Windows are large and screened and could cool quickly. The one note I would make is that despite being listed as a 4-bedroom, the fourth is really a common area futon. So if you need four distinct sleeping rooms, this may not be ideally suited.
Otherwise, a truly spectacular home that we would happily stay in again. Vacasa team is quick and easy to contact. Wonderful vacation spot!

East Boothbay Home
Spacious home. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic views from almost all parts of the home. Open floor plan. Very convenient location.
You must be prepared for many steps. Only 3 chairs in the TV viewing area.
We went to Maine with the idea of having a quiet vacation at an oceanfront property. We got what we wanted. The property was fabulous and the view unbelievable. We'll stay here again the next time we are up in Maine. Check in and check-out were easy and communications great. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful Location
The views are gorgeous. Home was spotless upon arrival. Large home, lots of space for everyone to spread out. Lovely grounds and deck. Beds were comfortable and bed linens were nice. Great water pressure in showers. Kitchen is lacking in cooking utensils and grill was not operable. But we would return!

Amazing location and architecturally beautiful house
The house is on a huge piece of property on the water in Wast BoothBay, architecturally like a Frank Wright house BUT it was built in 1990 and hasn’t been updated. It’s needs some TLC. We enjoyed the location and views from the deck and the fact that one has access to the water, BUT the house needs to be updated.

My family and I loved this place so much that we definitely want to come back and stay again. Beach combing was fun looking for interesting rocks and seaglass. It was also nice sitting out the huge rocks and admiring the water. Driving around the town of Boothbay was amazing. The people were so friendly and the town has alot of charm.
The house was another part of the trip that made it memorable. It had plenty of windows to be able to get a view of the water. The house was well equipped and the property manager was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely choose this house again if we come back to stay in Boothbay.

Great location and great size!
The location is gorgeous with many views of the ocean. There were tide pools for the kids to play in when we were there.
Two area of grass for volleyball or outdoor games.
Plenty of sitting areas for large groups.
The area was very clean as wel!
There was basically no Wi-Fi and the two tvs they had were extremely outdated.
While we weren’t there to watch tv, we have teenagers and they do appreciate a show or two, as well as Wi-Fi when we are relaxing at home.
The house is very eclectic which was pretty neat!
the house location and the house itself are simply magnificent. The house could stand a few improvements.
The deck furniture is simply terrible.
The Small table and the chairs are old and rusted.
One chair was totally unusable. This is our second stay there and are planning on another stay.
We are hoping for a new deck set.

July Stay
Beautiful home but it needs a little work, specifically replacing all of the screens missing or damaged. It was hot and humid the week we were there and w/ no AC, the lack of screens in the doors and windows made it decidedly uncomfortable. Also, w/ no AC, it would be helpful to have fans available for guests to use. Fortunately we brought our own.

The view offsets the lack in other areas
The view is unparalleled. A 10 out of 10. A birdwatchers dream.
Great spot for the Perseid meteor shower.
The home itself needs some attention. The housekeepers are efficient I am sure they don’t have time to take care of necessary home maintenance. Plenty of room in the house.
Not a house for those needing assistance walking or visually impaired. Multilevel, sunken rooms would wreak havoc on the elderly.

Great scenery. TV on first floor did not work. Contacted Vacasa and were told they would text directions. Did not happen. They credited our account, I am told. Have not verified yet. The onsite apartment was not usable: moldy odor, dank. Downstairs bedroom had queen bed and a ladder to a loft. Not for the faint of heart. Quiet street, great for walking our dog. Friendly neighbors. Internet not protected, so unusable for checking on sensitive matters.
