A very clean place. Lots of space for each of us to find down time. There nearby pool is adequate. Although most people probably go to the beach which is an easy walk. I would say it could use a bit more kitchen utensils etc.. it does has a coffee grinder which was used daily. This is a rare find.

We've stayed in many different properties in Queens Grant over the years, and we always enjoy it. This was another good one. The beach and the activities in Palmetto Dunes are easily accessible, Short walk to the nearest pool in the community. The unit was clean, and we had plenty of space for the whole family. This was our first time needing a three-bedroom unit, and the upstairs bedroom was very nice to have. We had another great trip to Hilton Head.
