Recently renovated and tastefully furnished (7/2020), this Bluff Villas condo boasts a coastal chic charm.

Upon entering the gates of Sea Pines, you'll instantly feel like you're on vacation! There are over 20 miles of bike/walking trails, 3 golf courses, tennis/pickle ball courts, equestrian facility, boating, kayaking, several restaurants and shops, Harbour Town, and of course, beautiful beaches.

You really can't beat the location of 'The Salty Villa'. The South Beach Marina is right next door where you'll find The Salty Dog Cafe, a legendary Hilton Head bar and restaurant with a huge outdoor area on the water with tables and live music every night. There are shops, ice cream, restaurants, and fun to be had by all! You'll also have beach access right across the dead-end street. There will be beach towels, a beach bag, cooler and beach chairs waiting for you to hit the...you guessed it, the beach!

Inside 'The Salty Villa' you'll find:
-Master Bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom
-Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed
-Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen & 1 Twin beds
-There's a second bathroom in the hall for BR 2 & 3 to share

We supply 6 beach towels for you to use. The only stipulation is you have to wash, dry and put them back. There will be a $50 fee if not done.
Sea Pines Parking Pass Required: These can be purchased at the gate upon arrival ($20 wk) and should be displayed in your car window at all times.
*Daily Pass: $50 up to 5 ppl; Addl guests: $15 ea; indiv pass: $20/person *Weekly Pass: $125 up to 5 ppl; Addl guests: $25 ea; ndiv pass: $50/person

The host was pleasant and very responsive. The location near Salty Dog was a plus. The beach chairs were in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked but would have liked to have a Keurig for a quick cup of coffee. All in all I would happily stay here again.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and were very happy. The location is close to the water in a quiet end of town neighborhood in Sea Pines. We loved getting up to go to the beach every morning. There is a trolley stop close to the condo and you are a quick walk to Salty Dog. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommended booking if you are looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay.

As frequent Hilton Head - Sea Pines vacationers, this place is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and the Salty Dog. The quality beach chairs provided were a great add. I would definitely consider returning.

We really enjoyed our stay. We thought we should have had the Seapines Pass included with stay. Also a dog in the place below us barked alot.

Perfect Hilton head family vacay spot

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect locations close to all the events and such a relaxing and welcoming villa to come home to and close to beach, shops and dining. We will definitely be back!
