Located in the heart of Harbour Town, enjoy this 2nd floor elevator-accessible Villa. The villa is steps away from the sun-sparkling waters of Calibogue Sound and the edge of the 18th green of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links...perfect for the Heritage!

This villa is located within the gates of the semi-private Sea Pines gated community. The gates have 24/7 security and access is controlled to owners, renters, and paid guests.

This updated villa is a spacious 1600 square feet on a single level – perfect for a get away vacation. The villa boasts 3BR, 2 full baths, hardwood floors, stylish upscale furniture and neutral décor with splashes of color. It is awash in natural light. A true home away from home.

Our kitchen is well-stocked with every kitchen gadget, solid surface dining counters and an adjoining dining area. It includes updated appliances allowing you to prepare your meals. Yet our Villa is also within walking distance of all the restaurants that Harbour Town has to offer.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 comfy chairs, a 55 inch smart tv. Upgraded internet WiFi service is included for all your family's electronic gadgets.

The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, and a flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds, a flat screen tv and is perfect for the kids. The third bedroom has a desk, a computer monitor and an all in one printer for work or study. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer.

The fantastic shops, restaurants, recreation, and entertainment of Harbour Town are just steps from this Villa. The Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach, and Salty Dog are just a short Trolley ride away. The Trolly stop is right outside our building. Perfect for a family vacation. The Harbour Town play ground, Gregg Russell amphitheater, Cinnamon Bear Ice Cream, and the Pier are just steps away.

Other amenities include access to the communal Harbour Town swimming pool (complementary.), and the fitness center, tennis, golf, and the South Beach swimming pool (fee required). Guests can access the Harbour Town swimming pool with a pass provided by the Owners. It is within walking distance less that .2 miles away from the Villa. The Villa is also walking distance to Harbour Town beach and pier (offering a spectacular sunset view), access to jet skis, paddle boards, kayak rentals, and bike rentals (fee required).

in the heart of Harbor Town

This property was fantastic; well appointed, large living and dining space, and bedrooms were spread out for privacy in both. Just a brief walk to the harbor and the waterfront with shops and restaurants all there. The local bakery was less than 5 minutes as well. Host was very responsive to any requests or issues. We would plan to stay here again.

Here’s a clarified and polished version of your VRBO review that keeps all your sentiments while improving clarity and flow:⸻Our family of five stayed for 7 nights, and we had a wonderful experience! The master bedroom’s mattress was amazing—I usually struggle to sleep away from home, but I got the best sleep here.The rental is located above the general store, so there is some morning noise as the town comes to life. However, each bedroom has a sound machine, which worked perfectly. Our daughters (ages 10 and 13) stayed in the twin bedroom, and our 15-year-old son had his own space in the second king room. The layout worked great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked better than the ones I have at home! Everything in the rental was spotless upon our arrival. One of the highlights was the location. Our kids loved having the independence to walk or bike to the pool and explore the nearby shops. The safe, welcoming atmosphere of Harbour Town and the Sea Pines community gave us such peace of mind.This was a peaceful, relaxing stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

In the heart of Harbor Town

It is a unique location in Harbor town. But we were happy that the unit was extremely quiet, spacious. the beds were super comfortable and the showers were excellent. Check check check check.

Great spot

In town for a long wedding weekend. Place very comfortable, clean, pleasant, quiet and well appointed. Location is A+++. Easy and great to walk to restaurants, bike rental , boat excursions and easy trolley elsewhere. Never need a car . Owner very responsive and helpful.

Christmas Week Stay

We are seniors and were confused by the presence of the lock on the door and the presence of a key box, both supposedly requiring a code. A little more instruction would be helpful.

Not worth the money!

Vacation here a week. The location was great, it was a lot to do for the everyone in the family. The parking was definitely an issue guess didn’t have designated parking space which we knew but didn’t know we would have to literally wait 45 minutes in our car upon arrival for someone to move. So that issue alone I would think twice before booking here. Let’s address the elephant in the room. Anyone stayed at this condo and didn’t mention anything about cockroaches is not leaving an honest review. There is definitely an issue with cockroaches. We saw 1-3 a day! We contacted the owner and he was responsive and had the exterminator come out and do a treatment. After the exterminator treatment we still saw at least one a day. This place is located above a store and restaurant so that doesn’t help. We knew we had little chance of getting any kind of refund so we made it work. Plus everything else was booked. Based on that alone no ma’am, I would not stay there or recommend this place. We live in SC and have no issues with cockroaches/palmetto bugs (the same, just a another nice name for them) in our house. These places are charging way too much money to be dealing with any type of bug issues. This is not the way you want to start your vacation. Save yourself the headache and find another place!

Magical experience

Absolutely the best place to stay in Harbor Town. Beautiful Condo, tastefully decorated. Located in the center of all the restaurants, shops, marina, transportation and walking trails. We had no trouble getting a parking place, The general store for anything you need right downstairs. Also rain, sleet or snow, you walk downstairs and into restaurants, shops etc. it was unbelievable how convenient. Looking forward to going back there again and again. Almost forgot to mention how spacious and comfortable the place was for us.

Hilton Head Family Destination

27 family members in Hilton Head to watch a family member’s concert. We, along with our 90’s year old parents checked into this fabulous condo for our stay. Right down in the heart of Sea Pines, just steps from Harbor Town restaurants and shops. The condo is lovely. Perfect spot; clean, spacious, well appointed and conveniently located. Will definitely book this condo again! Don’t pass it up.

Convenient location with a cost

We had a lovely stay at Sea Pines with our family and friends. The location to Harbortown is definitely ideal! The living room is very spacious! The condo is above all of the shops and restaurants at Harbourtown so there’s definitely a noise factor! Garbage trucks, maintenance vehicles, delivery trucks, all coming early in the morning and at random hours, so did not get much sleep! The decor, while nice, is definitely not beachy. Black and brown so does not match the lowcountry vibe. There are some broken blinds in one of the bedrooms which creates a lot of light entering. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Spotless!

To begin with, the condo was spotless!! Additionally, every need we had was anticipated and covered! There was not a thing that was lacking! The location could not have been more convenient! Perfect for us older folks, we were steps away from the shops and restaurants in Harbor Town and had the convenience of the elevator and a one story condo! The walk-in shower was a plus as well!

Great Location, But Some Heads Up

The condo is in a great location in the heart of Harbour Town, close to several restaurants, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, a dock and a small stretch of beach. Something important to note-you have to buy a day or week Sea Pines entry pass and they only take cash. The condo is spaceous and comfortable, it had plenty of room for myself and my two kids. It has a few helpful beach items — chairs and an umbrella. There was live music nearby several nights, a really fun atmosphere. You can rent bikes from the store directly downstairs and bike to a larger beach at the Sea Pines Beach Club.  Because of the busy area, store downstairs, nearby restaurants, etc there were loud delivery trucks each morning. When we booked, the VRBO listing showed fitness center, hot tub and swimming pool as amenities. There is no fitness center or hot tub. It appears they have removed hot tub but fitness center is still listed as an amenity. Apparently they mean you can go to a place down the road and pay to work out, which is pretty misleading. The pool is a community pool a short walk down the road— Parking is a major frustration. we never received information on that during our stay. The day we left I saw signs on 3 parking spots, but those spaces were never vacant to be able to see the signs. This building has far more than 3 or 4 condos, so those spots aren’t close to enough.

Nice Location

Played in a senior amateur golf tournament at the Atlantic dunes and herion point. Nice to be so closed and not have to rush to get there for tee times.
