Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom 3 bath was a perfect fit for our family. Appreciated 3 adult sized beds for my older children. The recent updates in the kitchen, living area and downstairs bath are fabulous. We loved being in Palmetto Dunes, the center of HHI. The staff at Island Time were very helpful and considerate and professional.

Palmetto dunes vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 57 Fazio, on the 18th hole. Very peaceful and beautiful location. Convenient to the beach, access and parking at the Disney pavilion, and although we didn't have our usual beach view, the gold course was actually beautiful too. Surprisingly! Place is a bit dated. Old couch and furniture. Master bedroom king bed is terrible. We would have seriously considered booking this place again, our 15th year in a row at Palmetto Dunes, but that mattress is a deal breaker. If you have any back issues, this will exacerbate them, as it did with us. Needs small things like towel racks by the sink in the master bedroom and in great need of the doors being sprayed with WD-40. They all squeak a lot. The company we rented this from did their job well but someone needs to get the owners to get a new mattress. We use Casper mattresses at home and love them!
