Historic site with private rock beach and view of Perkins Cove Ocean Entrance

This July enjoy a unique and tranquil getaway. Take a dip in the sweet, pebbly cove with views of neighboring beaches, and boats that enter Perkins Cove. Roam through the fields and flowers, or play yard games supplied by the Perkins Place. Rest on the screened porch overlooking apple trees, and swings, and the occasional deer and turkeys. Relax on the open porch with loungers, dining table, grill and rockers. Take in the history of this 1717, 8 generation, home of Perkins and Littlefield’s.

The space
The charming guest house is its own building, sitting just off to the right hand side of the main house. It has its own screened porch, well supplied kitchenette with dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster, stovetop, and refrigerator, and one downstairs bedroom and full bath on the first level, and two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Each bedroom offers a queen and single bed, WiFi, tv, and air conditioning, or fans as you prefer. The second floor bedrooms and screened porch overlook apple trees, fields, the Atlantic Ocean and the occasional deer and turkey. Looking for guests that will love, and be respectful of an antique home.
