Fully Renovated! Pictures to come…Unique property, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, gourmet kitchen, TV, and internet access. Property sits on Josias River. Can sleep 6 comfortably. New to market rental…everything brand new! This home has three floors. The lower level is a master suite with queen size bed, TV, bathroom with large bathtub and shower and looks onto backyard and river. Main floor is gourmet kitchen with dining area for 8 and living room with 2 sofas and two chairs and large TV. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and a twin pull out, the other with twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath. Ample closet space throughout. Home is fully air conditioned. Driveway accommodates 4-5 cars. Gas grill right off kitchen and very convenient. Beach towels and chairs are provided!

Family week in Maine

My wife, 1 yr old son and 3 yr old daughter rented this home for our week in Ogunquit. We only knew a little about the town and didn’t know where to stay, but this looked like a great location and it was! Not so easy to walk anywhere with our crew but we walked often to the downtown area although we drove to the beach because we can’t go anywhere without a hail of stuff. House was a great size, clean, great porch where we spent most of our week eating meals and relaxing. All the cookware you could need to make some meals. Plenty of parking. Great really nice restaurant right across the street called Jonathan’s. Trolley stops right outside of the house! If you’re looking for someone really close to the beach this might be a little far if you’re taking little kids but if it was just my wife and I we or adults could have walked anywhere. This spot is nice because it’s halfway between the beach and main strip and the Perkins cove area. Would definitely stay again! Hosts are easy and great communication.

Week stay in Ogunquit

We had a lovely stay at this property! The house was spotless and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. The screened in porch was such a bonus, especially on rainy days. The privacy was really nice as well. The house was a bit far to walk to the main beach with a toddler and a wagon full of gear but definitely doable. The walk to Marginal Way was lovely. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was super helpful and communicative as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!!!!

Beautiful house in a great location!!!! My family and I enjoyed a week in Ogunquit Maine with easy access to everything. We really loved the screened in porch where we enjoyed family game nights . The owners were very accommodating, we hope to visit again soon!
