Located in the heart of Mission Beach, your cozy beach retreat awaits! This recently remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is just four houses from the sand—perfect for two guests. :)

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy queen bed, and two smart TVs. Outside, there’s a deck where you can watch the sunset and soak in the beach vibes. A shared washer and dryer are also on-site for your convenience.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while listening to the ocean waves, and at sunset, sip a glass of wine before taking a one-minute stroll to the sand. Please note: the garage downstairs is reserved for the front house.

The unit has a private entrance next to the garage door and is accessed via a lockbox for your convenience. It’s equipped with a mini split AC/heat system to keep you comfortable year-round, and the bathroom includes a bathtub for relaxing soaks. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay.

Over the years, we’ve replaced and upgraded the furniture to ensure comfort and style—it might be a different color than in the photos, but the layout remains the same.

You’re also within walking distance to many great restaurants in Mission Beach, making it easy to explore the local dining scene.

There is parking available at the Mission Bay Aquatics Center lot and overnight street parking nearby.

In the garage, you’ll find beach chairs available for guest use (please note that umbrellas are not provided). There’s also a bike and beach rental shop across the street where guests can rent equipment and store it on the side of the house or in the garage.

We have one of the BEST locations in Mission Beach! We are walking distance to surf/ paddle board rental places, Miss B’s Coconut Club (Pineapple and Flamingo drinks), Guava, Better Buzzed, Olive Cafe, The Mission, Juice Wave (Best Açaí Bowl in Town), and a lot MORE. It is close to the beach, shops, and great places to eat.
There is a bus station that is about a 5 minute walk away.

There is a parking lot at the Mission Bay Aquatics center that offers free parking. Street over night parking is allowed.
There is street sweeping from 8-10 AM on certain days, so please make sure you read the signs where you park.

Uber and Lyft are great options, as well.

There is NO PARKING on site.

However there is street parking and a parking lot less than a 5 minute walk away that is free of charge.
