Fantastiskt helt nytt ombyggda Beach Bungalow !! Bara 40 steg från stranden, njuta av den tredje våningar takterrass med 360 vy inklusive Pacific Beach, La Jolla och bukten. Ta allt i som du laga mat på din utomhus gasolgrill.
Steg från vackra Mission Beach och nära bukten. Både sovrummet och det andra sovrummet har queen size-sängar. Ny sektionssofa med utdragbar sömn. Nya rostfria vitvaror. Stor ny 55 "4K TV i vardagsrum, TV i varje sovrum. Tvättmaskin i tvättmaskinen. Ny high end sten counter top genom ut. Gratis trådlöst höghastighetsinternet. Det finns utsetts parkering i garaget direkt bredvid enheten. Hundar tillåts med ägare godkännande (en husdjur avgift tas ut). Massor av krukor, kokkärl, tallrikar, koppar vinglas, etc ... väl lager. Great beach house

Family visit to San Diego. This house was a great location to enjoy the beach and also a short drive to downtown. Love the rooftop patio in the morning.

Discrepancies

We found that the location was great, but the property needs some repairs. There were light bulbs burnt out, many of the outlets in the kitchen area didn't work, batteries in some of the remotes for the lighting needed to be replaced and you probably shouldn't use the washer.

Mission Beach Condo

The location was greagt. The garage door opener did not work when we arrived and did not get fixed until the next day. There was no table or chairs in kitchen. We founda a card table and chairs in the garage and we had to use. The coffee pot did not work but owner did offer to bring over another one. Beds were comfortable but hthere were no dressers in front bedroom.

Perfect little getaway for the family

This was a great place to stay. Its right by the beach and had a really nice private rooftop patio which we used when we were not at the beach.

Amazing weekend trip

My daughters (12 and 10) and I spent Mother’s Day weekend here. We had the best time! The location is amazing - we didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one. Check in and out were so easy and the house had everything we needed, including boogie boards in the garage. Steps from the beach, restaurants and shops, and short walk to Belmont Park. We did take a trip to La Jolla with a local friend and did the kayak cave tour - also recommend!

Great Beach Location

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was great location and was just the right size for our group (3) and dog. Owner was very responsive to any issues. We would stay here again.

Great location

The house definitely needs some love, a couple updates, and a good deep clean. However nothing “ruined” our stay and we had a wonderful time in San Diego with an awesome location. The property host was great to work with.

Clean and comfortable, great location

We enjoyed our stay. Great access to the beach, restaurant's and shops, yet relatively quiet location. Fausto was responsive and accommodating. We'll be back.

Nice Mission Beach pad

After a small initial hiccup which was resolved by our host promptly we had a wonderful time in Mission Beach and loved our house with its great rooftop terrace. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and Mission Bay as well. All we needed was within walking distance including a wonderful bike rental place. Thank you Fausto for hosting!

Awesome! Everything we expected. Excellent location! We will be back!

We were looking for a relaxed beach getaway, and we couldn't have hoped for better. Fausto was very responsive and the property is well kept and modern. My highest recommendation!

It really is steps from the beach!

This is our second time staying here. You can’t beat the location, it’s close to the beach, shops and restaurants. I think some of the furniture (couch and mattresses) could use some updating but nothing that would make us not stay here again :)

Great location with fantastic views from the rooftop deck

We had 6 adults in our party and the house was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Garage parking was a plus as were the boogie boards. Newly remodeled with everything to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely book this house again.

Pleasant place and amazing location!

We stayed at the place for 5 nights and we found it perfect for our stay. The place is nice, clean, functional. The best part is definitely the location. It is literally a few steps away from the beach, walking distance from Belmont Park, but not too close, which means it is still relatively calm. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. I recommend it.

Perfect spot to stay on Mission Beach

We had the best time staying at this beach house for 2 weeks! A 30 second walk to the beach. The location was great and far less crowded than other spots on mission beach. The place is clean and modern. We will definitely be back!
