Emportez nos planches Ă  roulettes et nos Ă©quipements de plage pour la journĂ©e et rentrez chez vous pour faire un barbecue sur votre vĂ©randa privĂ©e ou pour vous rendre aux restaurants de Pacific Beach. Cette unitĂ© est amĂ©nagĂ©e pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes dans des lits. Il a une salle Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©e et une cuisine complĂšte, de sorte que vous avez toujours la possibilitĂ© de manger ou de dĂ©couvrir le vaste choix de restaurants et de bars PB.

La propriété entiÚre est à vous et le pont et les équipements énumérés sont pour votre usage personnel.

Nous sommes une sociĂ©tĂ© de gestion de services complets et sommes toujours disponibles en un coup de fil. Nous pouvons ĂȘtre sur place pour tous vos besoins en moins de 30 minutes. Nos unitĂ©s sont self-service par conception sinon

Nous fournissons un seul espace de stationnement couvert. On y accĂšde par l’allĂ©e et, en tant que tel, peut s’avĂ©rer trĂšs difficile (avec environ 90% des places de stationnement Ă  la plage). Nous recommandons une petite voiture pour faciliter le stationnement (puisque nous fournissons tout ce dont vous avez besoin, des vĂ©los aux Ă©quipements de plage, vous n'avez besoin que d'emballer vos vĂȘtements!). Nous vous recommandons Ă©galement de vous asseoir Ă  cet endroit, car cela facilite l'entrĂ©e et la sortie. Un parking gratuit est disponible dans la rue, mais en raison du nombre Ă©levĂ© de baigneurs, ne comptez pas sur le stationnement Ă  proximitĂ©. The property was perfectly located. We’ve been to Mission Beach many times and knew exactly where it was. The furniture has changed since the photos and I was kind of looking forward to the chaise on the couch in the photo. “Recently renovated” not sure what that means, maybe different furniture but the floors are worn and the baseboards scuffed. The description also says patio is solely for your use but that’s not the case either. We didn’t mind as the users were using it when we weren’t. The portable AC unit did a fine job keeping the whole place cool even though they have it set up in the dining room. We just had the two ceiling fans going to circulate the air. All in all a great place to stay while in Mission Beach.

Love the location!

It was the perfect location! Steps to the beach, which was super convenient to make food/drinks, use the restroom, etc. Super comfortable bed and pillows! It even had beach chairs and extra towels. Very comfortable, and we had everything we needed! The lock to get in and out is easy to use, but the door knob is a little tricky to get use to. Only complaint was how loud the people were upstairs. You can hear every footstep. Couch is different than in the picture, but we didn't care. It was fine.

Beach vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable, we met a staff member and she was very nice and welcoming. The property was beautiful and we were only a few steps from the sand, it was so convenient and relaxing!

Quiet weekend away

Great location. As many reviews stated, furniture is different from pictures but still nice. Easy access to beach and bay with everything u need to enjoy. Parking was tight but we rented a small car at the advice of owner so it was perfect! Great deal for the cost. Would stay again.

Thin walls and ceilings

The furniture in the picture does not match the actual furniture at the VRBO the walls and ceilings are paper thin. The people above us were up making noise at all hours of the night. Especially between 2:00 AM and 4:00Am. The garage is on for a small vehicle at best. You can see scuff marks all over the wall where people have tried to park. The location is very good and the property was clean.

San Diego Stay

Property was clean & in a good location. Bottom floor very noisy. Furniture is NOT as was shown in listing. No sectional, The couch was a tiny short futon style couch that was not comfortable for my 6'3" husband and a butterfly folding chair. We knew it would be raining when we booked and planned on being indoors more, so we would have pick a different vrbo if we knew what the furniture was really like.

Great relaxing time

Nice cozy place just a few steps from the beach. I would rate this place a 4.8. The only reason not a 5 is because of the lack of hot water from the bathroom sink. Nice and clean!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I had the most wonderful time at this little beach front property celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. The house is located just steps away from beautiful Mission Beach, delicious restaurants, fantastic retail shops & lively nightlife. The house had a variety of beach equipment to use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) which was very convenient being that we flew in from out of town. We would definitely love to stay here again and would highly recommend.

Nice stay

The location and the response from the host was great! I would agree to others reviews that it didn’t look as modern and things were missing (ottoman, rug, gray couch). It didn’t bother us so much but might if you’re a stickler to these kind of things. It was pretty noisy on occasion but what can you expect being on the bottom floor. But overall it was good.

Awesome location!!

The place was nice, clean, and extremely close to the beach. Dining or groceries are a short walk. There are beach chairs, boards, spare blankets, and fans in the closet. The only issue we had was that the two different groups staying above us were loud. You can hear every step, phone ring, and door shut. First night sounded like the person had a wooden leg. We didn’t stay in the room much, but if you are a light sleeper, book one of the upstairs rooms.

Girls getaway!

My daughter and I escaped to the beach for a few days on break. This beach bungalow was perfect for our girls getaway. We felt safe and enjoyed our bonding time near the beach!

Great location

We had a great stay at Ben’s beach bungalow. The location is great and an amazing value. The property was just as described- maybe even bigger then we anticipated. The check in process was very easy and great communication with the host. The parking is as described and best for smaller cars- we didn’t want to risk our van so we found street parking fairly easily.

Great Location

Great spot for the location. Whoever stays upstairs had a kid who ran 24-7. Good thing we dodnt spend much time in the room. The place is clean and has beach items available for use.
